There was just ONE picture posted of this outfit which is just unfair and not good. I did not expect the material to be so very thick. I expected a more softer material and had I seen more pics, I would NOT have purchase it.
The product I received had half sleeves, but on the website it is depicted with short sleeves. It looks more like a Kurti than a salwar, it did not match the what I thought I ordered from website, and the stitching was all wrong. The overall quality of the garment is good though..
Very happy with the exactness of what I received vs what was displayed online. The color and design was the same and I'm delighted with the material, pricing, delivery and authenticity. After being recently scammed by another site, I am relieved to find Mirraw.
They are worst in delivering internationally and worst customer support.
I have ordered one dress on 18th oct for this diwali which was supposed to be delivered 7th November. I have not got the product yet I think they will deliver before next diwali. They will assure you that item will will be shipped through one of the best courier service like FedEx or Dhl but this is lie just to gain confidence of custimer they do this. Don't trust it. They will ship through Aramex " the cheapest and another worse service provider company"
I am fed up chasing up with Mirraw as well as Aramex for my product and they provide false assurance and keep the things dragging by providing false information.
I strongly recommend "don't buy from Mirraw" it will lead to frustration only.
I ordered an expensive saree online through mirraw.com. I was supposed to receive the order withing 15 working days. I received email from them that they are having technical error and order is delayed. I received this messaged a few times before they sent an email saying that the saree I ordered went out of stock and I will get full refund within 7 working days. I never recieved my money. Upon multiple emails they kept on saying next 3-7 days then next 3 days and so on. I am still waiting from my refund for an order I never received.
Very very disappointed with mirraw. I have ordered sarees from them but haven't got it yet. I ordered that on 17th June. Told by girl named yogita that I will get my sarees in 3 to 4 working days but it's another week now. But still haven't received. Emailed them 3 times but no reply. Bloody ripping off people. Fraudster., unprofessional, irresponsible, unreliable, ripping off people.
I am more than happy with my purchase. Excellent customer service. The product was nicely packed. The stitching was with absoulte finesse. Infact I received a complimentary scarf/ stole with my package. That came as a sweet surprise. Thanks for that too.

I ordered 2 blouses and a lehanga choli for Diwali on 29/09/2016 with mirra. Its my first time order with them. Festival over didn't get my lehanga choli yet. This morning received a parcel having only 2 blouses. Since one month I chased them with my Oder and finally they said Oder has been dispatched but they sent only 2 out of 3 items. Now I need to complain to PayPal for refund. Such a shameful service and worst experience ever had. Shame on you Mirraw team, because of you no new cloths for Diwali. They are rude and cheaters, don't buy anything from Mirraw.
Never buy from this site. The product is of inferior quality. The pictures in the web site looks good, but the actual dress are not even worth as rag cloth. I have emailed my complaints and got a reply after a month asking for pictures of the faulty products.

Beware of Mirraw. I received a dress and it was defective to the point that I cannot wear it. Look at the pictures. The 3rd picture is supposed to be the pants which is more likely to fit an arm. I immediately informed Mirraw and sent them the pictures of the terrible sewing they did. All I got from them was offering 20% back of the $77 I spend on the dress that's garbage. And I was told by them to take it to a tailor to have it fixed and of course for me to pay the tailor. They didn't own up to their mistake. Never again am I buying from them.

I ordered a salwar suit from mirraw. They send it on time but the stiching was so bad. They stiched back side as front and front side as back. I have spent 40 pounds. When I complained they said they will offer 15 percent discount on the damaged product. Please everybody on earth please boycott this stupid company. There dress materials are not high quality and they just politely create ticket fir complaints. I have to endup throwing my suit and wasted 40 pounds. Please do not order from this website. They are just advertising but they send damage piece for abroad customers. So so bad I just want everyone to keep in mind that throwing money in the bin is equal to ordering from mirraw. com.If there is zero mark I would hav e given that.

I placed an order online with Mirraw.com. On January 31 2023. Today is May 15th 2023 and I still HAVE NOT recieved my shipment. At this point my event has passed and I was forced to purchase somthing last minute. NEVER have I ever had to wait this long for any shipment. I have obviously contacted mirraw and *******@mirraw.com and Noone has seemed to help regarding a REFUND. I also reached to their delivery company atlantic tracking, and they too said the shipment is delayed with no real explanation why. At this point I just want my money back $184.09.! Please don't buy from this webite./. I ordered baby pink suit for good price gave my measurements. When I received the product it was entirely different from the website picture and description and MIRRAW sent me counterfeit product, poor quality and stitiching. I have sent them pictures of what was delivered and also contacted them over emails and calls but they are not refunding me. I have told them numerous times to take back the order and give me refund but they are not doing.

I bought just two items, black jhumka and gold plated anklets. They posted me totally a different jhumka after so much of follow up. The delivery was so much delayed. And the anklets were not of good quality.
They are fraud... dont buy from them advertised for 28 inch length necklace got 28cm length necklace they took 40 dollars for that plus shipping... not even anseering my questions... don't get fooled by them

There is Colour difference in the website image (Parrot green)and in real ( mehandi Colour)...)And the thread used for embroidery is little dull as well and the work on it isn't neat and clear... so this item is not as good as it appears in picture.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
