I have ordered first time from canada on November
4th but still not received my items.
Contact customer service several times all representatives answer is same" you will get it in 4 to 5 working days "
I supposed to get it on November 20th
But till today not get any
I dont know even it will arrive or i have wasted my
$120
If anyone had this issue already and if so how can i get my money back pls advice me...
The way my suit was made was PERFECT. The fitting was perfect.
I just had an issue with the delay in shipping - something that Mirraw I guess had no control over.

Recieved all the balance items after my hubby followed with a call. It was within a week we recieved the items. The items are as per pic. I am pleased. The CS team has to improve their quality of service.
Extremely unprofessional. Have been left hanging for some time. The Customer service team not at all efficient. I ordered 6 items. I had only recieved 2 items and i sent them all the pictures. Have been writing in to them multiple times and no response. I need the items for a family event. I am very pissed off. It's either i get someone to give me an update or do a refund for the balance items. I am extremely pissed.
They make commitments that they don't fulfil on. They deliver you one brand with pieces from another brand and when you complain, they say they will compensate you by giving you a 10% discount on the future orders finally when you argue with them and you open a dispute with PayPal they agreed to take the product back, but when you try to ship the product back from Canada or US back to India with appropriate tracking it costs you almost the same as the product cost. Be careful. Be careful Nilesh is the biggest liar. Don't use PayPal use credit card company. They will back you up more than #PayPal they say to PayPal they will provide refund once they get product back and PayPal closes the case. Mirraw know you won't send it back - too expensive - so they close the case

Make sure put the picks according to ur products bought dress in picks loose grand but j recived nothing nothing to even look like a same dress... very disappointed this quality and services.

Items received don't match Items ordered,. The blouse styles and patterns are completely different and saree and blouse don't match the saree I ordered brown based saree with red blouse instead I received pink saree with pink blouse. This time not satisfying experience. I shopped for wedding. But I can't wear those received blouse in wedding.
Saree received is not full length, its only 4 meters long instead of 5.5 meters. Ready-made blouse are not same style and patterns that I ordered from the website.
Not happy with purchase want to return. I am not being assisted. What you see is not what u get... very disappointed with the product. I need the returns warehouse address... i wil courier and pay for my return. Unfortunately no one wants to help

I placed an order for 2 sarees, paid the money through credit card. I got the confirmation from Mirraw, the delivery date 30.05.2018. Unfortunately after the payment, i read the reviews and some of them made negative and complained for quality and delivery time. I was very tensed after payment.

The outfit is beautiful, as well as the tailoring and fit.
The finishing needs to be more fine as I had to trim alot of the edging on the front panel.

Very good fabric and design. Extremely happy with the lehenga. Reached Uk jist two days before diwali, i ordered on 9th oct so not at all bad considering we ordered a stichrd one. Advise to others, order 20 days in advance to be safe.
Ordered 4 salwar khameez. And lehengas. Poor quality of fabric and lace, poor stitching. The photos on website are deceiving. Poor return policy. Planning to lodge a complain to FBI, FTC. Disappointed Site Jabbar has not taken any action. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. A couple of people showed likes on FB and I wonder what they purchased. Would not be surprised if the company disappears in a few months and stats a new business under another name. I think clothes sold on Indian streets have better quality. Deserve zero stars but that is not an option.
They sent me a extra large kurti but 38 inches. On their website they put 44inch as extra large. When I send the picture. They reply "Ma'am this is ready made prodcut."
I ordered from Canada. So they have no responsilbilty t check sizes before shipping. Very strange. When you do not know how to be accountable for your mistakes. Why you are running a business.

Online shopping sounds soo good but in case *******@mirraw reality is totally different... i bought 12 dresses *******@mirraw and when i got the dresses they are worst
Cheap fabric, faded colours, bad stiching... even they are totally opposite to the pictures after seeing i ordered that dresses... then i return all of them... it's about 4 months passed but i didn't get my payment *******@mirraw has worst costumer service.
Guys i just want to say if any of you want to buy anything from@ mirraw... so listen it's totally wastage of your money
The orders came in time and the team was very helpful but men's kurta, women's cotton kurta were made of very poor quality materials which I did not expect. The stitched blouse pieces were excellent for the price. Customer service was excellent.

Ordered a beautiful looking lehenga in white and yellow custom stiched. Received 3 days ago. Was happy the colour combination looked similar. I will give credit for that but the quality it was simply horrible. White poor quality net lehenga had a very thin shiny inner. When worn, it was totally see through! I EMPHASIZE see-through. Everyone can see your legs undergarments and all even in dim light. Forget day light. I tried in all shades of light cuz I liked the colour! It was custom made so I can't return. Thankfully it was my first order and just for testing I ordered a cheap one! Will I buy again? Honestly they responded well. Send via DHL. Got on time. I liked overall service. Maybe I will try one more time and see if the site is worth considering in future. I used PayPal to buy.

Bought a dress. Was good. Ordered second time 3 dresses, one came with nothing like in the pic. All the embroidery missing from the neckline, sleeves, ghera, no lining, the dupatta is in net, instead of chiffon... advertised. All together looks pretty cheap of no use for all that money I paid for it. Rest 2 they r still asking me the measurements for the 3rd time! Upon asking they don't recognise u all of a sudden your order number is not valid. As if they all r on a vacation. Always the automated email comes. Thanx for writing. Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
