I bought two saree and stitched blouses for 2 sarees. The other saree's blouse was exactly accurate with my measurements but this saree's blouse is little tighter than the other blouse, though the measurements were exactly SAME.

I'm returning my purchase n have chosen to keep my amount pending rather than refund But how can I use this amount to purchase new items. Its not showing in my cart. I want to add this pending amount to new purchase
A collection of thieves who refuse to honor their return policies or their customer satisfaction guaranteed policies. I spent 240 USD, but the product sent to me was only worth 40 usd. Cheap fabrics and it looks like it was sewed in a kimdergarden class! They won't establish a return and only say that the product is no good to them now. They have offered a 25% refund. If I steal your wallet, is it alright as long as I return 25% if it? Do not do business with these thieves.
I'm glad it met my expectations. It's worth the money invested. Just the duppata lace could have been a little more glossy and expensive looking. Overall a good purchase will order more in future and refer Mirraw in my circle. Keep up the good work Mirraw.
Mirraw is a fraudulent company lying that they sell clothes. I dont know where they got thosephotos because what they ship is not anywhere close to photos online. Someone needs to stop them and make them pay with interest. The ownwr of this company needs to be put behind bars. They waste time and money. I ordered dresses they shipped cheap pieces of clothes that not even anyone not even homeless can wear.
Placed an order of 4 outfits. They emailed to say order was received. They sent another email saying they are waiting to see if they have the products in the warehouse before proceeding. They sent another email confirming products were all available for stitching and asked for my measurements. I sent all measurements. Then I waited and waited. After 2 months, nothing. After sending numerous emails they informed they do not have the products available for stitching?! They are a SCAM!
Material and color not what I expected. Much lighter shade then what is on the catalogue. Was bit disappointed. My very first purchased which was in April was happy and was almost what was on the catalogue.
Frauds they are real frauds they don, t even reply if u call they don, t pick calls they r real frauds i suggest please don, t buy products from here as they r cheaters. They cheat customers. Picture is different and fabric is always different. And they don, t even refund money at all

The worst company that i ever shopped. Quality was extremely poor, wasn't same as they shown in the picture. Feeling very upset as i spent quite a lot. Stiching was horrible & all over the place. None of my item wasn't good.
The package was not good. The item was kept in a box with sticker on the top of the box taken leaving behind portion of the sticker. It was not a quality package at all. Looked like a used item. It just ruined the impression of the whole order.,
I am absolutely disgusted and gutted with the level of quality of their service. The fitting was all wrong for shirts. The blouses for the sarees were too short and wrong measurements and peti cotes, that I paid for, were missing.
There was also a suit they I did not order and instead of them saying to me that they dont have it in stock, they replaced it with a horrible off-white suit which I will not be wearing. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will NOT be placing an order from them again and warn others not to fall for their scam.
On top of everything I was made to pay £21 to DHL for taxes, which they conveniently forgot to mention!
Very bad quality of product / fabric used. And very bad customer service. I am really unhappy with the products and the stitching of the clothes.
It look like very cheap quality fabric and the way it is been stitched is very unprofessional and inexperienced tailor.
The cost I paid for item was little more then the advertised amount, but the value for money well spent. I figured it was custom charges added... This dress is AMAZING! More then beautiful... The Courier was NOT GOOD with communication, they didn't call / sms me at all. Naturally 1st time buyers would be very nervous, but at the end I'm very satisfied. THANK YOU!
Beautiful Moroccan Arabian kaftan. Perfect fit. Very comfortable to wear. Very elegant and glamourous gown. The design and workmanship is perfect. Very stylish. The gown is much more glamourous than the photograph depiction.
The size is incredibly just right. The colour is rich and gorgeous as per the picture and the quality of the fabric (raw silk) and stitching is good. It does what it says on the tin. Good value, good price and excellent service.
I bought a saree and 3 salwar from this site, Saree is very poor quality not even good to wear it. The image they put looked so good. And all salwar they stitched didn't even match the image they put. Linings are too small, and neck stitched one side high and other side low. Legs one fit and other leg i can even wear it. Lining is too short that you cant even wear the salwars. Don't waste your money don't buy. This site is too cheap.
