Placed an order on April 30 and received a confirmation that stated "Out of stock but ships in 3 - 4 weeks."
Today is June 4, so 5 weeks since the order. Their web site does not show my order - in fact it says "No Customer Number defined for your web account (yet). Try back shortly.". I have sent multiple emails since May 20 and also used their web site contact form to try to get my order status - all to no avail.
I ordered products from them online for my classic mini and it took 4 weeks to receive some of it. Still waiting on the rest of it. They do not tell you they are out of stock or don't stock items. I ordered tires from another popular mini place from the uk and received them in 8 days. I place second order from the Uk place and will have it in just a few days. They be ok for modern mini's but I suggest look elsewhere for classic mini cooper's.
Over a month I thought I had ordered the item from the website. When asked about if I wanted to buy it I responded by email yes. Then she canceled my order. It takes longer because if supply back ups across the country. So if instead of five weeks it is like much longer.
The lady was combative and defensive instead of helpful. Thank goodness I found another person and reordered a bra. She was professional and curtious
Past history led me back. But I wonder if ego is more important than business.
So I ordered a roof rack, that when it got here, I refused. It never left FedEx's possession, as the box look liked it had been nuked and was missing parts. It took FedEx forever for it to get back to them. As of today, they've had my money since early November, they've had the roof rack back for 2 weeks and they said it will take another 1.5 to 2 weeks to refund me.
A while ago, I ordered some mud flaps for my 2012 Mini. It was easy to register my vehicle and find the exact part I needed. I was going to have my sone-in-law- install the flaps. The flaps came quickly and I just had my Mini in for service and I asked if the mechanic could install them. He could! It was wonderful to know that Mini service would use parts I ordered from MiniMania! (... and it saved my son-in-law some time!)

Works fine for light bikes and short distances. Seems a little long for our Mini Cooper Roadster and plan to shorten the main bar six inches. I understand that the rack was designed for multiple vehicles.

Had a hard time tracking down some parts to my wife's 2011 Mini Cooper. They had them in stock and looks awesome/was easy to fit. Really pleased! Will definitely shop there again.
Needed a missing bolt for my oil cooler as it appears the previous owner swapped out one of them for a hex had bolt. And of course that doesn't fit in my new cooler plate. Thanks to the online chat the correct bolt was ordered. There is one thing about this specific order that I thought was odd. I single bolt was sent in a box big enough to send a small university text book in. I think this is extremely wasteful and quite honestly added more cost to shipping in the end. I would've really preferred it be sent via a regular envelope. Over all the bolt received nd install sent just fine. Thanks guys.
Easy to find mirror covers for my Countryman Mini Cooper on Mini Mania's website. Product was in stock. Clear understanding when product would be shipped. Loved their service so much that we ordered another set of mirror covers for our other Mini Cooper!

I made my purchase in June and am still waiting on the rest of it. One item was back ordered for weeks and they where going to charge me for shipping cost if I shipped them separate as if I was the reason the missing items weren't there. Customer service stop emailing me when I inquired why the extra shipping fee and it just has been a lot.
