MiniMania was the only place I could find trim and clips for my daughter's 2003 R53. Parts are perfect. Broke one of the clips trying to install it (under windshield) so hope the rest will hold it well enough. Price for each plastic clip was a little steep but, at least they had them.
The site helped a lot in making sure I order just the right product. It arrived on exactly the promised and works like a charm. (By the way, it was a Yakima bike rack for a Mini Cooper.) It was also a big savings on what the dealer could get for me. This will be my place to go for my Mini accessory needs.
I recently purchased a 2008 Mini Cooper. The outlet for the cigarette lighter wasn't working. I looked all over for this part! I finally found it on mini mania. Shipped out pretty quick ( considering with COVID going on). I had it installed and works great. Going to be a loyal customer from here on out.
I have ordered multiple items from Mini Mania all of which arrived on time and in perfect condition. I though have missed ordered items and had to return them. The customer service was spot on and again PERFECT. I will continue to do purchases with Mini Mania.
I bought a new decal set for our 2006 R53 Checkmate Edition Mini Cooper S several years ago. The Hood Decal may have been the last one in-stock. I was a bit disappointed that it weathered and discolored more rapidly than the original. Now that you have them back in-stock, I replaced the Hood Decal, and now the old Mini is looking next to new! Replacing decals is a great way to freshen-up the look of your Mini!
I'm currently overseas in the US military, and have a Mini Cooper where I'm stationed. I needed parts to service and upgrade my Mini. They had everything I was wanting, and was able to ship to military FPO address. Thank you!
I ordered products from them online for my classic mini and it took 4 weeks to receive some of it. Still waiting on the rest of it. They do not tell you they are out of stock or don't stock items. I ordered tires from another popular mini place from the uk and received them in 8 days. I place second order from the Uk place and will have it in just a few days. They be ok for modern mini's but I suggest look elsewhere for classic mini cooper's.
So I ordered a roof rack, that when it got here, I refused. It never left FedEx's possession, as the box look liked it had been nuked and was missing parts. It took FedEx forever for it to get back to them. As of today, they've had my money since early November, they've had the roof rack back for 2 weeks and they said it will take another 1.5 to 2 weeks to refund me.
I gave this company two chances, and both had the same poor result.

-Customer service was beyond lousy. I would wait a couple days just to get a response via email. When I called, it was like talking to a group of clowns. Nobody knew anything and they couldn't even direct my call right.
- Slow shipping. My 2nd order is coming up on 3 weeks from the purchase date and it still hasn't shipped. I have every other part I ordered from Amazon, Rockauto, ecs tuning, and multiple other parts sites. One week was the longest I waited.
This is NOT a professional business all around.
I ordered all season floor mats for my new mini countryman. I ordered the style the site recommended for my year and model. The mats do not fit. Because of their return policy I was not able to return them and I'm out about $100.
The part, (hood release cable) that I ordered, arrived in a timely manner, and was exactly what I needed.
I know that I am in Canada, and expected to be dinged on the currency exchange... but what I didn't expect was to be charged twice for shipping. Once by Mini Mania, and again by FedEx. The shipping charges cost almost more than the part! It's not like I'm on the other side of the world.
Other than that, the part worked well... Thank you!
When I got on Minimania.com, their hard-to-find windshield wipers and "Choose Your Mini" did nothing to help find the wipers I needed. When I finally found an all-purpose set, which I specifically looked for SETS not individual, I bought it and waited a ridiculous amount of time for the SET to arrive. When what I thought I could use arrived, not only did I NOT receive a SET, but a single wiper. To make matters worse, the wiper I did get was broken.
Including all of that, when I returned it (you have to have an RMA so it adds an aggravating step to the process), I returned the SINGLE wiper I received instead of the SET I ordered only to be given a partial refund in which NO ONE from MiniMania.com will answer my email as to why only a partial return was given.
I will never use this site again and I have already made my opinion known on SEVERAL Mini Facebook groups. This isn't something I want to encounter again. GO ELSEWHERE!
BEWARE! Don't get SCAMMED by Minimania. I placed an order 3 months ago, my order was never shipped, and they won't answer emails or phone calls. They are a complete SCAM!
Best shocks upgrade. My mini is a 2011 and badly in need of new shocks. These were the Best Buy and fit so perfect. My first drive after putting these in was the Central cost. I love the drive on the 1 all the way to Cambria California. The drive on Cachuma Highway was the best. No worries at all. Yes the price was a little high, but I wouldn't take it back. The installation was easy. Took two days to get her back on the street but it has been the best drive ever. *******@gmail.com
Shipping was delayed for nearly 2 weeks but it finally arrived and items were of good quality as usual. I would have liked to know before ordering that they were out of stock.
