I ordered 3 phone cases over a month ago and still have not received them! And sometime within the last month my card info got stolen and was being used in another state across the country, has that happened to anyone else since ordering from there?!?! Horrible will never order from them again!

I ordered phone cases and screen protectors on the 29th december 2015 and they said it was shipped on the 30th. They have taken my money and yep you guessed it my order is still not here. What is going on? They say 10-20 business days and its nearly been 2 months. Im not happy at all.
They advertised "FREE SHIPPING" which is a lie. I paid £19 on top on a £44 order to get my parcel. The goods were shoddy, and didn't work. NO refund NO returns address NO telephone number. Just a series of delaying emails saying they would be in touch.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Very long story short, I paid for expedited shipping on something that they didn't tell me was on back order but refused to refund it. I had to search high and low for contact information (which is ridiculous) and asked to cancel the order. Days later I still didn't get a response and in the mean time they back ordered item miraculously shipped (even though I asked to cancel the order and don't want to do business with them). Interesting how it is available only after I asked to cancel. Still haven't heard response from customer service. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever purchased from. What is wrong with them? I will contact my credit card company to issue a charge back if I don't get a refund ASAP.
I ordered two items (on 2/1/2016) from them and I already knew that delivery time would be slow, BUT the also offered Tracking Service. I thought it would be worth it just to see the progress on my packages and to THIS (2/17/2016) day, there is NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE. It even says to Check with the Seller. I've communicated with these people AT LEAST 6-7 times and ALL they tell me is that delivery takes time and to just wait. NO MENTION AT ALL about offering/charging for a service that DOES NOT WORK! They're FRAUDS!
I placed an order on the 30th Dec 2015 for a VGA to HDMI converter. It is now the 17/02 of Feb and have still not received it, nor is there any tracking reference. Nor have I received any responses from their customer services.

The biggest problem is they removed my businesslike 2/5* review of a product without any notification to me and also removed my right to add a review of that product. This is very unethical. They obviously did not remove my other 5/5* review.
The goods: got my products on time (shipping was long but I knew it would be), prices were excellent. One of the products was faulty but the customer service experience was really swift and got a replacement without the need to send it back (5 cable). However the replacement is faulty in same way (wire does not lock in place in cellphone) but they won't let me submit my review of it.
I really ordered back January 10th. It's Febuary 12th! What the hell dude?! I got a response saying wait till feb. 7th, okay. I waited. Now I reported and got on their $#*!. It told me the company is busy & if it doesn't come by feb. 17th, they'll give money back. Too late. This $#*! better come, I've waited over 20 business days and it was a 10-20 wait at first. It's very disappointing & upsetting. I trust LightInTheBox.com though, be more like them.
Paid for goods never received! Good luck trying to contact customer service... the word IMPOSSIBLE comes to mind.
**UPDATE** I actually received a phone call from a real live person regarding my order! Can you believe it?! I finally received my order. It was forwarded to an old address where NOTHING gets forwarded to. ODD. Anyway, I finally receive it, and click the confirm button. I'm done right? Off the hook? Hell NO! I get a call. Emails. Tickets. Spam. You name it, I get it. I'm being stalked! I ordered leather bracelets. Great for me. Not so great for me teenage son. He's over 6 ft and has man hands and wrists. Those things fit teeny tiny me and my bird like frame. The average Joe - NO WAY. Shop local.
Ordered a number of phone cases for my kids, after Xmas. Got a message to say it was shipped 1st January. Has never showed. I've tried to track the order, but am unable to do so. I cannot even find a way to contact this company. So very disappointing - especially for my kids who were looking forward to getting their phone cases that they paid for with their own money. WILL NEVER USE MINIINTHEBOX. Nor will I recommend this company.
I've been shopping with this company since 2014. I love them I always receive my items. Sometimes its not as fast as I would hope, but the items don't come from them they're from factories. I have never not received an item. I've bought makeup, clothes, chargers, cameras ect. I bought two go pros for Christmas and returned one because it wasn't working. I got my money back with 24 hours of them receiving the go pro back. I love the company and will definitely continue to shop with them!

When I ordered my product, there were two options to chose from blue and dark blue, I did not want the dark blue one so of course I chose the blue option, I of course received the dark blue one, was told I revived the item I ordered even though common sense tells a person i did not... then to top it off they told me they would send the correct product to me and 3 months later and still nothing has shown up and when they close the ticket there is no other way to get a hold of them. Very disappointed. Should have listened to be reviews! PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS! Yes the prices are cheap but if you don't get your product is it even worth it?
This company is rubbish. Although I finally received my order after weeks of wondering whether I would ever get it and not able to track it. I now receive promo emails from the company every day - sometimes twice a day and they ignore my request to Unsubscribe!

Stupidly I placed my second order with this miserable company after my first took over a

It is not worth it. If you check carefuly you'll find that the are other sites on the internet with better prices and without the bombastiv claims Mini makes.

Why in the name of common sense I'm not getting a response back or my order? I even reported you to BBB, and as of now, I haven't heard from them. They sent you my complaint. I can't do anything more until I hear from BBB.
