My purchase of an electronic item from MiniInthebox has proven to be a nightmare from the very beginning. First, delivery is way too slow. It took a month before I received the item paid for, which is just bad. When the package arrived it contained a wrong item. I complained and MiniInthebox promised to ship the right item. One more month passed and once again the company delivered the exact same wrong item. I complained once more and was told the company did not have the items it has announced for. An was told to return both items. Which I did. In the meantime I advised customer service to remove the item the could not provide me with from their announcement. Which MiniInthebox has failed to do. The answer given from customer service is that the company always keep their pages updated. Really? To their defense it has to be mentioned that they are trying to support you when things go wrong but it still has taken too much time and resources. 4 months passed before the problem was completely solved and refund received.
Bottom line, stay a long way from MiniInthebox. In my opinion they have, despite attempts to resolve the problems created, not lived up to expectations.
