The sizing and quality of items is not consistent or accurate, but if you don't like something or need to exchange it you're out of luck. They charge a $10 fee and return shipping (there goes any money you'd get refunded). You're given the option of "exchanging" the item for for what looks like a full refund but surprise surprise when you go to check out you still get charged return shipping on the original item, additional shipping for the new item and who knows what other fees. I will never purchase here again!

Worst online shopping experience of my life with store... Bought from them and they charged me a $20 shipping fee as well as a hidden customs fee of over $100! Which was incorrectly filled out so I had to pay more. Emailed for help - no response. Then when I got the items they were awful quality, inconsistent sizing, cheap material. Send some back and no refund. I'm still waiting 3 months on. No replys to emails, no refund, no apology. I've reported them for fraud as this is just not on. DO NOT BUY!

This is the first review I have ever written for anything ever. But I am fed up with nonexistent customer service and blurred lines when it comes to online stores that have no consequences. They are very unclear on how promotional codes work. To them they are the same as having a "sale" meaning you are unable to not only return but exchange for a different size. The customer service, if you're happy, they refer to you as "bestie" if you're not happy, they are short and unapologetic, as if their customer service is run by 16 year olds. There is no phone number so you are not able to have an actual conversation with an actual human. For being an online store one would expect clearer guidelines and some semblance of grace especially when dealing with a new customer. And now a no longer existing customer. For the amount of money spent, and the fact that I only wanted to exchange, I am extremely disappointed.

Items are SO inconsistent in terms of quality and sizing. Way overpriced for what you actually get - which are items that are filtered and styled on their website that often look much different in person and will likely not last long. They have the WORST return policy and do not care about their customers whatsoever. In fact, they are so inflexible that there is a facebook group (Mindy Mae's Market BTS) where buyers resell their items that don't fit or look different in person. It's crazy there are such limited return options for an online retailer selling really inconsistent items. Colors often look WAY different in person VS the website and you are literally stuck with it. Customer service is AWFUL and the company is so greedy. Do yourself a favor and save your money or spend it on a retailer that actually cares about their customers. STAY AWAY
