DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! They are a SCAM!

I placed an order on 5/28/22. After 14 days I contacted the company via phone and was referred to the website. Chatted with an agent and was basically given the run around and nothing was resolved so I gave them a bad review on Trustpilot and also contacted the Better Business Bureau (which I also encourage others to do)…then all of a sudden I got 2 emails from them showing someone posing as me chatting with them online…it wasn't me! So…I went to the site and asked them how they were fraudulently posing as me on their site and sent the email proof and then all of a sudden I get an email saying that they are following up on my request (which I never made one) and 2 minutes later another email from them stating that they were shipping my order UPS? I will NEVER NEVER order from this company again! Do the research and you will see tons and tons of reviews for this company…saying the same thing! Horrible!

HORRIBLE Customer Service
June 22, 2022

I placed an order May 21st. After waiting 2 weeks for my merchandise and never receiving shipping info, I began to contact the company with no response. The phone number directs you to a bot on their website. The bot either doesn't answer you or emails you to inform due to the sale they experienced delays and to allow up to 14days to receive. After allowing that time. I still didn't get shipping. I was emailed stating merch was delayed and out of stock, Then emailed 1hr later to advise merch shipped.

The shipment arrived yesterday. I ordered 11 items and only received 8 items. Of the 8 items only 1 item is what I actually ordered.

I'm awaiting PayPal to close my dispute in my favor bc clearly no one from this company cares! They continuously posted giveaways and pop up shops while HUNDREDS of their customers were requesting updates with no response.

This feels like a scam. As a black person ordering from a black business you shouldn't have to accept subpar customer service.

Unprofessional

I ordered online and should've known with the disclaimers about how long it would take to receive my order that all would not be well. One item was missing and when I emailed customer service, once again a disclaimer on how long it would take them to respond: 1-5 days and yet still no response. Makes it hard to support minority female owned businesses. Lost a customer and won't but I'm store either.

TERRIBLE!

I placed an online order over 17 days ago & I never received my order! I tried to reach this company via their customer service department and OMG! I was unable to reach anyone. You call there is an automatic greeting. You go their website there is a chat bot that doesn't understand any question or statement that is typed! You email them you receive a return email stating someone will get back to you in 7-10 business days! Never will I order anything from this company EVER again!

DO NOT order from this company what they do is send you 1 item if that from your order and say its fulfilled if that. Ordered with them in may/2022 received tracking info. Order confirmation everything looked fine what I found strange is the weight of my box was 0.6 when I ordered over 7 items? Got my package was a small pink box with one bottle of conditioner? I understand mistakes but how do you go to pack a 7 item order in a box that fits one bottle yet state all items were sent, you couldn't get 7 minis in this box. So I reach out they apologize and promise to resend …yep that was weeks ago. Save yourself the hassle, wished I would have googled reviews before ordering.

This company has terrible customer service and shipping. I ordered weeks ago and still havent even received a tracking number, The products have not shipped yet! I emailed the because I am leaving the country soon and they are refusing to issue a refund. This is bogus. This was my first time wanting to try this product, but i an most certainly uninterested now. Please do not order from this company. Who cares if the product is good or not the customer service and company policies are terrible. The customer will always lose!

I placed an Anniversary Sale order on May 21,2022. It is June 10,2022 - 14 business days later and I have not received any communication about my order. I've called the customer service number, no one answers the phone. I have sent numerous emails only to receive a basic reply which refers me back to the Mielle Organics website with basic shipping and a no refund no cancellation policy. MO recently got $100 million from Berkshire Partners, so maybe this is why they don't care about customers and customer service. 7 years in business, great! Stealing people's money will put them out of business before year 8 begins. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. TOTAL SHAM SCAM!

Will never order again.

I ordered products as part of a sale on May 26th. I received a confirmation email, but I've yet to receive a shipping notice and I definitely haven't received my products. I haven't even received an update even though the charge is definitely on my credit card. I was expecting some delay because it was a sale, but to not bother to communicate timelines to customers is a terrible practice. If you don't have the staff or stock to fulfill orders in a timely fashion during a sale, don't have a sale or have a much more limited time period for the sale. There are other black owned hair product lines that are actually smaller companies that do a much better job of communicating and delivering products. I had never tried Mielle products before and after this experience even if I love the products if I receive them, I won't give them anymore of my money including purchases from retail outlets. Other companies I order from offer coupons, free product or refunds when they can't handle an influx of orders. Mielle is unapologetic about it. The company has been around long enough that they should know better and do better.

I placed an order on May 22nd and it's still unfulfilled. Despite the fact of me reaching out several times in regards to my order. I still haven't received a tracking number on my order or any information for that matter. They are continuously telling me there aren't any cancellations. I purchased 70 dollars worth of product from this company plus taxes and fees. Overall 84 dollars and no one can tell me anything about my order. It's also been well over 14 days. What am I suppose to do lose out on my money? Or wait months to receive hair product. This is not okay. I advice everyone who is experiencing this to report her to the Business Better Bureau. I'm now reading everyone's reviews to see if they're all experiencing the same issue. This is not okay to take someone's money and tell them they can't cancel and that we do T have anymore information to help.

Poor customer sero

My first order had some product spill and made a mess in delivery. I reached out and all I got was that some product might shift during shipping. Ok so no compensation or coupon for some of the product leaking? Nope. I like the product so I said I will give this black woman another try cuz I wanna support my ppl…. I placed an order May 22,2022 and the status still says unfulfilled. It's June 6 and I'm trying to track the package but there is no tracking number because the status says unfulfilled. I tried calling the "800" number but it's a recording that sends you to the website or the bot help chat. None of these are feasible for me! I spent $70 on these products and for me not to be able to speak with someone is not professional and looks bad! How is hit his product so widespread and you can't have live representatives? This is Definitely my last time with this company! So now I gotta wait and hope it comes! Ooooh I'm pissed!

Poor customer service and shipping

I'm sorry that I have to write this review but I'm so upset! Not only do they never answer the phone but I made 5 orders from may 20 2022 and after and today is June 6 and I have not received any of them or it has even been processed! And they keep sending me same messages to wait up to 14 days!. It's been over that! And you can't even cancel or get your money back? What kind of bs is that! Still trying to get some to help me today! I don't recommend this company! Will never order from them again!

I order products from Mielle Organics one month ago… where are my products? Who knows! When I call, I'm told to hang on for the next available operator; and they keep saying it over and over again. Next never comes. I leave a message, no one calls back. I send an email, no response. Too late to cancel my order. I despise this company. I'll never order anything from them again.

Scam business

They purposely send customers incomplete orders so they can steal the full payment despite not sending the full order. They do not have a working number and they do not answer any customer service questions via email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will get ripped off.
