Never received my order

They had a big sale not to long ago. My daughter was exited about this sale. She order several things. We received an email saying that the package was delivered when we came home and we looked for the package. The package was never here. I called the company I believe I left about 10 messages for somebody to return my phone call I sent several emails and nobody ever contacted me through phone nor email finally three weeks later I get an email and it says that I would get a refund back for not receiving my products. This is very frustrating when nobody calls you back. Then to get an email just saying we will send you refund. Very very unprofessional!

I placed 2 orders on November 27th today is December 14th and I am just now getting one of my orders. I have reached out to customer service. As well as communicated via the chat... And it's like I'm receiving a response from a robot. They both said the exact same thing. This is bad business. I have never ordered from a company other than one overseas, that took this long to process and that doesn't even include the shipping time. 10-15 days for progressing is ludacris...How do you order two orders on the same day and only received one of the orders. I mean I literally ordered them the same day. I try my best to support people that look like me but we have no sense of what excellent customer service is. An apology means nothing because you have my money but I have no product. To rectify the situation, no type of compensation or discount on a future purchase was offered. With a sale of this magnitude the company should have been properly staffed as well as properly stock with the inventory for the sale. There is no excuse for this. I love these products but not enough to wait a month to receive my product. I will not be ordering again from this company.

Never again
December 13, 2023

I placed my order on 11/25, and here we are 12/13 and my order status say "unfulfilled ", my order was paid in full! I was going to put products in a Christmas basked I am making for a gift, and it is very disappointing not to even know when the products will be here. And I find it crazy that orders can not be canceled. Smh!
I do not recommend this company to anyone.
PS. I placed several orders on the same date to different sites and I received every last one except for this one.

Liars, thieve and scammer

I ordered for the 1st time from this company's website a month ago. Within 24 hours after placing the order, the website had a sale. I contacted customer service within that 24-hour period, before my items where ship, to get the discounted price, and I was told "No". I received a partial shipment of the items that I ordered. The 1st time I contacted customer service, I was told my items would ship in 1-7 business days. The 2nd time I contacted customer service, I was told 7-10 business days, and the 3rd time I contacted customer service, I was told 10-15 business days for shipping. It's been a month and no product. I asked for a refund and was told I was not getting a refund and I don't have the items I ordered. The next step is to dispute the charge with my credit card and get authorities involved.

Beyond late with product

I ordered nov 24th, I sent an email last week for an update they never responded, I spoke with a representative today stating in 11 days it will be a month. I haven't received no update when my stuff will be shipped. This poor buissness matters.

DON"T

Don't do it, don't do it, don't you do it. I ordered 12 days ago and the stuff hasn't even shipped. They do not give a processing time on their site or when you order. After multiple e-mails I finally got a response saying the processing time is 10 - 15 days due to them having high volume. I planned on ordering some skin care items but I won't be. Also, they have a no-cancellation policy. You can NOT cancel an order.

I wish I would've read the reviews about shipping and paid close attention to the shipping details on their website because had I known to their processing time alone takes 10-15 business days I would have never ordered from this company. I Placed my order Saturday 11/25/23 my order is still processing today is 12/6. I emailed CS they said it take 10-15 BUSINESS days JUST to PROCESS the order so 12/15 will be the 15th business day THEN I'll still have to wait for the shipping process. Never EVER again! Also make sure you read the shipping & returns carefully.

Everything majority everyone is saying about this company is correct, I did not get my order, I cant cancel my order and get a refund. No one ever answers the phone. I guess I got hustled my Mielle. They do not deserve the one star for the theft that has occured.

Received the wrong items

The company had a $7 per item sell. In one of my orders I received the wrong items and I've been waiting forever to receive my second $84 order. I'm still waiting on a response from their customer service email box.

Horrible customer service

Me and my mother both placed separate orders on November 10 and she received hers after about 5 days while my order hasn't even shipped yet so when I contacted them about my order they said NOW they are having problems at the warehouse but I should have my tracking info within 24 hours... that was three days ago and my order is still "processing" and now when I asked for a refund they said all sales are final but they gonna do this as a "courtesy". It's a "courtesy" to have your customers reach out to you because yall taking 10 days to ship out an order because of a sale yall clearly wasn't prepared for and then take an additional 5-7 day for a refund? Horrible company and horrible customer support service!

Placed an order was unable to add promo code. Customer service says they can't cancel or modify and order. Mielle doesn't allow returns or refunds, so you're stuck with there products.

TERRIBLE customer service. Understood returns policy's but gave me the run around with UPS. Both parties putting accountability on one another instead of helping the consumer giving me the run around. Reconsidering not purchasing from this company and letting people know how their customer service is because that shows a lot about them as a brand.

Their Rosemary Mint Wash day Bundle has quite frankly ruined my hair. First off, my hair is relaxed. When I wet my hair it's smooth but once I added the Rosemary Mint shampoo, it made my hair course. It was like the product was just sitting on my hair. After applying the conditioner and washing it out, my hair was tangled, matted, and dry. I cried as I combed through it, literally having to rip through my hair. There was no other alternative other than cutting it. I am so disappointed. All these five star reviews raving about these products and all they do is nap up and dry out hair. I am beyond pissed having almost reached my hair length goal just to have to start from square one. Thanks Mielle Organics (sarcasm).

Chemo hair miracle!
August 10, 2023

After chemo my hair grew back in tight spiral curls. I could not tame the frizz & wasted so much money on products that didn't work for me.
I asked a customer in Walmart, out of desperation, and she recommended Mielle Pomegranite & Honey Curl Smoothie!
My life changed with my very next wash! I love my hair now! No more frizz, soft & defined curls, my hair looks & feels sooo good!
Mielle should also be sold in both hair care sections, not just marketed for women of color! A customer for life!

Absolutely the worst line of products I ever used. Miele line of products is full of s**t, this product make you lose your hair NOT grow it. I
started using this product in hopes to restore my hair growth after covid. Let me tell yall NOT to use any of Miele products. My hair has been shedding for over a month. My scalp is always irritated, no matter what I use on it now. This is a harmful line of product. I have more strands of hair then before I started using this product. This product os not designed designed for human consumption. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone who is interested in buying it. Trust me and find something else to purchase. I wish I would have never used this product. I will never use this bull crap again.

I really Like Mielle's products but I will NEVER buy online again, I cannot Reach customer service via email or via phone. No tracking number on your order, ZERO COMMUNICATION! I bought some things during the $7 sale in early May & here we are in early June & my package is nowhere to be found!

On May 25,2023, I placed an order for over $381 dollars worth of Mielle products. I tracked the package and it showed my order was delivered on June 1st. I was home the entire day and never received my products. I contacted Mielle the next day and was told they would investigate the matter. I have not received my products nor had my money refunded. This was my first and last time ordering from Mielle. They need a better system to deliver products to consumers.
