The product is too watery Pantene pro v smooth does a better job. So insulted, I spent 90 bucks. That's a mint to me. I want my money back and yall can have this stuff. Never again

I've been using these hair care products on my sons hair for almost 4 years now, there is no build-up or residue, it doesn't weigh his hair down, his scalp is well moisturized and healthy, his hair is more strides, condition, extremely resilient and strong and healthy. He has no breakage, his ends aren't dried are split, his Afro looks and feels amazing, I will not use any other hair care products on my 13 year old's hair.

THEY'RE SCAMMERS! I placed an order that I never received and those piece of $#*! bastards refused to refund me or replace my order, I was told I was gonna get store credit but I never received anything! DON'T BUY FROM THESE THIEVES SAVE YOUR SELVES MONEY!

Dollar General is now selling Mielle products. That'll put a stop to shipping issues. What products I've tried works great.

I was very excited to try this product. I have curly hair that I normally wear straight, my hair is long. After seeing some IG ads and reviews I gave it a try. The oil smells good, made my scalp feel fresh and tingly and tamed my frizz. I was in love. Unfortunately I started to notice my hair falling out more than usual when I brushed my hair, more than usual on my pillow or the bathroom floor. About 3 months into using the oil my hairdresser notice I had bald spots which never in my life I had before. This was the only new product I had been using. Same shampoos

They charged my card for a purchase I didn't do it was their website that made the error. They told me they can't refund me and when I receive the items I can't send them back. They didn't even send me everything that was supposed to be in the bundle they sent out and still didn't refund me, but credit my account for 5 bucks! These people are discussing! I've been ordering with them for over a year and it's always a disappointment. Never again DO NOT ORDER JUST GO TO YOUR LOCAL BEAUTY SUPPLY!

After using the product for 3 month I have bold patches on my head. I don't recommend this product! Please be aware of it!

The m i e l l e pomegranate honey coil sculpting custard makes my hair look like it's full of dandruff and it's hard to get out of my hair unless I do a deep shampoo I will never use this product again waste of money time and energy.

I have natural 4c hair and this works best. The rosemary oil feels good on my scalp and isn't too oily.

I ordered from Mielle organics December 6th 2022 and never received my order. The website is saying my order is still unfulfilled. Their customer is useless. You can't even talk to a live person. They don't give refunds on unfulfilled orders. So they basically keep your money. I will be contacting the BBB. I won't even buy their products in the store. I don't care how good the product is. I will never support this company ever again. They are robbing people and getting away with it. *BUYER BEWARE *

I would advise anyone to NEVER buy from this company! I order $180 worth of product as a Christmas gift for my daughter on December 5th. My order still has not came. When trying to track the order on SHOP it only says order placed. The 1800 number don't work so u are made to chat with an agent but they never come to the chat. I contacted the BBB because this company don't need to sell anything online. They are very unprofessional and don't need to be handling people money they are careless and the site need to be closed down!

I ordered my products with the Black Friday deals. I received 1 thing. So I checked my email and it says. Order was delivered? I tried to call and left an email. I will never again order from this company or even buy their products at a store. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I placed an order during a sale and never received my product. Call the customer number, no one picks up. Send a million emails explaining my issue, no cancellations allowed. Only store credit minus shipping. You can't track with their shipping info and then it says the product was damaged! This happened twice - back to back. False, they never sent it. This place is a scam! Really sad because I actually wanted the product and I'm furious that I've been scammed! Please try to read these and save yourselves!

The owner of this "business" should be ashamed of themselves. Their page AUTOMATICALLY entered my OLD address on my order AND this is ONLY "company" I've EVER dealt with that has a NO CANCEL NO REFUND policy under any circumstances! Even mistakes they make! SICK. They are taking advantage of customers in this economy. AND they know Black women are their target customers for their products. Mmmmmm mmmm mmmmm. They will NEVER get another dollar from me! And I'm going to tell all my friends not to buy from this horrible company

If you just go buy it from the store you wouldn't get scammed but it's a very good product. My hair is super healthy!

I ordered 11 products at there annual sale. A month later I get an email saying the order shipped... I received the box. On too find 1 items of the 11 in the box... Though the email said they had shipped products. Scam. I sent an email explaining and request a refund and they said they would refund... Two weeks later I get a tracking email saying another product shipped. I sent them an email asking why are they sending my products, when they already said they would refund the order. A week later I get a generic response, about returning items but I would have to pay a shipment fee. Scammers. Never again will I use the company and I will make sure I tell everyone I can about the fraudulent business practices. I put in a fraud request with my bank.

Let me start by saying that I wouldn't even give them 1 star but it seems like I have to. I'm still waiting for my products. I ordered in May 30,2022 and it is July 5th. I feel like this is a scam. Like others the emails are coming saying 7 to 14 days well its past that time. They didn't have a problem sending emails on a july 4th sale. Not today! I need my money back or the merchandise. I will be telling everyone that i talk to about how this company handle their business. Very disappointed in this
