I ordered a few cell phone cases on July 20th as a gift for my wife's birthday (8/13) and here it is September 11th and it still hasn't shipped. I emailed them a few weeks ago about it they said it was "finishing up production" and they'll let me know when it's shipped. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I asked for a refund and they said all sells are final. This has got to be the most unprofessional and unorganized website I've heard ordered from. DO NOT order anything from this website!

Yall dont send any tracking info at all by email or other wise you lie about that there is other people that havent gotten anything including me I ordered my case and it never came in yall use this covid crap everytime some one sends yall a message asking where there package is yall should do better as a company and make tracking something we pay money for easier to use and do your job by send the email that yall say u will send and never do so with everything being said if you want a case find someone to make them for u not this place and I will never oder from yall again yall are losing alot of business cause you cant do ur job

I found an ad as I was going through Snapchat and they looked like pretty good phone cases so I ordered some for my phone. It cost $20.00 and I ordered it on April 30th, today is June 16th so it has been almost 2 months and I have emailed them numerous times and messaged them using their live chat support and have yet to hear anything. I used the app they recommended to track my order and the only thing it has said is order placed and it has been like that since April 30th when I made the order. I would not recommend using this website and if anyone has any advice as to how to get my money back since my order obviously isn't coming it would be greatly appreciated.

All I want to know is how this "business" is still up and running. I placed my order April 12th 2020, we are now in the month of June and I still haven't received anything. This is honestly a waste of money! I contacted them via email to cancel my order and they said it couldn't be canceled because my cases were supposedly in production and since they're custom made they can't be resold. Another thing, they kept asking what model phone I wanted my cases which does NOT make sense what so ever because when you place the order it clearly asks what type of phone the case is for. Just save yourself the time and buy a phone case from Walmart instead.

Welp, the title says it all. I've sent maybe 40 emails over the last 11 months for an order that was placed on 4/20/20. I finally got a response again that it was COVID related blah blah blah. So I responded to that COVID email, and I wasn't very nice about it this time. And FINALLY get a response from someone. They advised there was a glitch in their system and the order was marked as shipped but nothing was ever sent or emailed to me with any details. They are now telling me that they are short staffed and will process my order ASAP. Well, I upgraded from the 11 max pro to the 12 max pro so these cases do me absolutely no good. Welp, the second email I finally received stated they will get it to their accounting department. Here goes waiting another year for my refund on the sham of a company.

When you can literally ball up your phone case then it shouldn't be on your phone in the first place. The first time I drop my phone it's over with. This is not what they are advertising on the site. The cases looks why different from the cases I received. The sent me a dollar tree phone case with a sticker on the back, as if they are printing it off a computer. I literally could have done this myself not to mention I waited two months for them to arrive. In the two months I waited I reached out to the place to get an update as I had not received a tracker number, or anything I never relieved whatever bonus they had with it. I will never order from them again. I'm also reporting them to the BBB. This is a scamming $#*! company. They don't even deserve a star but I had to click something to make this review. They need to be closed down.

I strongly suggest no one go through website for ANYTHING! It's been 3 months and I NEVER received what I paid for and payment was taken IMMEDIATELY! When I contacted the seller after waiting for more than month they responded that due to Covid there's delays. I waited and reached out to them again. I had been informed that they can't issue a refund because my order was already in production. I waited until after the 2 month period and NO ONE Contacted me back. I let it be known I will escalate this issue and still no respond! Finally after 2 additional emails I went to my bank and filed a dispute. I presented the email thread to prove this website is a SCAM! Any positive feedback at this point I'm sure came from them writing bogus reviews! I wish I could give them a negative rating! Their customer service is ridiculous!

Okay so it feels better reading these reviews knowing I'm not the only one? I ordered 5 cases for 45$ 9/4/18...& guess what it's 11/25/18 AFTER thanksgiving dude, I'm not sure why I didn't look up reviews before I spent the money? But I'm just laughing now because WOW I actually got scammed like I see this all the time but never thought it would happen to me, oh well it's just $40, but definitely don't order from them! You'll never get ANYTHING, I've heard people revived stickers instead of cases? I never heard from them again

I ordered phone cases from them last may and have still have gotten nothing from them. I also went about asking for a refund on my purchase and got a standardized email back about COVID 19 and then being delayed. But come on went back and forth with over 4months and still got the same standardized email back. Don't shop from them.

I never leave negative reviews, even if I'm not satisfied with my purchase, so it speaks volumes that I am doing this now- I placed an order in April, yes as in FIVE MONTHS AGO, and haven't received anything. At first I was understanding due to COVID but I keep emailing asking for an update and no one is replying, I am not even getting the generic "due to Covid" email anymore! The last time they decided to reply to me was in July. They were sure quick to take my money without hesitation, if only then sent my order as quick! AVOID- AVOID-AVOID!
