Welp, the title says it all. I've sent maybe 40 emails over the last 11 months for an order that was placed on 4/20/20. I finally got a response again that it was COVID related blah blah blah. So I responded to that COVID email, and I wasn't very nice about it this time. And FINALLY get a response from someone. They advised there was a glitch in their system and the order was marked as shipped but nothing was ever sent or emailed to me with any details. They are now telling me that they are short staffed and will process my order ASAP. Well, I upgraded from the 11 max pro to the 12 max pro so these cases do me absolutely no good. Welp, the second email I finally received stated they will get it to their accounting department. Here goes waiting another year for my refund on the sham of a company.
