Let me start off with saying menu123 is a life savor! I was sick for 2 weeks and was not even able to stand on my feet to cook dinner for my kids let alone drive somewhere to get a pickup. The biggest problem I faced was the restaurants around my neighborhood do not deliver. I came across Menu123 which literally saved our lives! Menu123 is not your typical online food ordering site. For example if a restaurant does not deliver, menu123 will still process your order and have their drivers come to the restaurant pick up the food and bring it to my door. I always feel like I have a personal customer service rep on call because if I have the slightest question about my order or delivery time I can always get in touch with someone within minutes. Without the annoying wait time which is a big plus for inpatient people like me =) I can not thank menu123 enough for my quick always hot deliveries, I will never use any online line ordering company again!
As a working mom it is difficult to put a hot meal on the table every night. With Menu123.com I can feed my kids a nutritious hot meal even on nights when I have to work late. I simply order the meal online, pay for it, and it gets delivered - it is so simple. We have been waiting for someone to try this service again in the area and get it RIGHT! I have had a couple major surgeries, and am now redoing my kitchen and am SO SICK of just being able to order Pizza/Italian! I am so excited to FINALLY be able to have some of my other favorite foods delivered! I have been using them for weeks now and have had a few issues, but am overall very pleased with the service! The owner makes good on any issue that is encountered, which is rare. And really wants this to be a success! AS I DO! I even treated myself and a friend to a steak dinner which was done perfectly and still warm as if we were being served in the restaurant!
