“Soul Illuminating”

Before NARP I had no way of reaching the deep places that needed healing inside of me. Melanie has been divinely called to extend the wisdom and energetic codes that have saved mine and countless others from lives of torment and despair. Speedy Shifts is definitely next level. Over only a few short days of using them I am having major blockages in my life wiped away with awe inspiring moments of connection, insight, and profound gratitude from the imparted ease and peace I am filled with. Thank you Melanie for the soul defining work you do.

“Unveiling Shadows: A Chilling Encounter with the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Program (NARP)”

J B.
4/12/24

In my arduous and extensive quest for recovery from narcissistic abuse, I chose to embark on a journey with the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Program or NARP as its referred to. This commitment led me to dedicate a substantial five years to doing the 'modules' and 'shifts'. I had very eagerly enrolled in the highly touted NARP course, anticipating solace and empowerment for victims of abuse and trauma. The initial stages of the course seemed like a beacon of hope, with magical and miraculous changes unfolding around me. I was hooked, enthralled by the promising transformations that appeared to be taking place. Ironically, in the context of a narcissistic abuse recovery course, it felt akin to being 'love bombed' by the results – an overwhelming and euphoric experience. Little did I realize that, as with love bombing and narcissistic abuse, the trajectory of my journey with the course was far from sustainable. As the supposed miracles continued, the course encouraged me to keep working the modules, promising even greater changes and transformations. The initial hit of positive change fueled my commitment, and over the course of five years of active participation, I found myself consistently investing more time and energy sometimes even forsaking my vocational and relational obligations in pursuit of an elusive goal. However, akin to the manipulative tactics employed in narcissistic relationships, the goalposts kept shifting, and I found myself trapped in an endless loop of meeting catastrophe over catastrophe in all sizes, shapes and form. Regrettably, what initially appeared as a genuine path to recovery became a perilous descent into the unknown. The deceptive nature of the course, coupled with my increasing commitment over these five years, only served to deepen the metaphorical grave I unknowingly dug for myself. The promised enlightenment turned into a mirage, and the miraculous changes I witnessed early on proved to be an illusion. For individuals of Christian or Catholic faith contemplating this course, a heightened sense of caution is imperative. The spiritual undertones of NARP, while not explicitly anti-religious, may clash with or challenge core beliefs. The course's unwitting connection to the demonic, as revealed through unsettling experiences, creates a potential conflict with deeply held religious values. I highly recommend looking up this informative video titled "A Guru or Jesus Father Joseph-Marie Verlinde" on a YouTube channel called "CheminNeuf NetforGod", which sheds light on why Catholics and Christians should exercise caution with new age practices, even if not directly related to the course. The video provides valuable insights into the potential spiritual risks associated with such endeavors. While this review may have a religious inclination, I extend a cautionary note to individuals in the new age or occult communities. Engaging with unseen forces, as experienced through this course, can have lasting repercussions, potentially affecting not only the individual but also reverberating through three or four generations down the line. Abusing your soul is a serious matter, and the consequences may extend far beyond what one might anticipate. Regardless of your spiritual or religious background, exercise prudence, prioritize your well-being, and remain vigilant against the deceptive forces that may hide within seemingly promising facades. Remember, there is no free lunch in the pursuit of 'quantum', 'energy healing' and or similar endeavors, and the cost may be more significant than one is willing to bear. Approach with care, and be aware of the potential far-reaching impacts on both your present and the future.

I like the melanietoniaevans products, but the websites are difficult to navigate, feel layered, don't "remember" the user, etc. Food for thought.

It's a great course with incredible content, healing methods and lovely support. Only the time zone makes it difficult for me to attend the workshops on time, as I am located in Germany CET.

Reason I chose this business:

Because she knows about narcissistic abuse and how to heal from it.

Melanie is fantastic and her healing is awesome!
I did not like the forum at all!
I followed the rules!
I felt disregarded as the moderator Debbie seemed to think she was a physic with a higher than thou attitude!
I asked for help but she judges you!
She said she sensed I had no narcissistic wounds!
The rules are don't talk about the narc or what he did to you!
Lol I didn't respond!
She seems to have lost her compassion!

Melanie offers a SOLUTION for relief!
You find a lot of information on the web that will IDENTIFY the narcissistic behavior, rehash it over and over, and there are chat rooms for you to commiserate with other victims and abuse survivors. But I wanted a SOLUTION. I no longer want to self-identify as a victim, I'm sick of feeling powerless and broken beyond repair from my Narcissist mom. I dont want to feel hopelessly damaged anymore. I followed Melanie's free introductory webinar, it was 3 hours, the first two hours of it was basically describing interactions with narcissistic behavior (which I already intimately understand), but during the last hour of the free webinar, she finally does a sample meditation and I dove in and gave myself fully to the process while she talked, and it actually made me cry a little, and at the end, I felt better. And then I felt hopeful. As a result, I decided to believe this could help me, and that is the turning point, I think: believing. Believing this might help me quieted all the cynical, skeptical thoughts that would have prevented me from trying this out. After months of suicidal thought loops that I couldn't "think myself out of," I tried NARP and I do feel much better now. (Disclaimer: I have tried psychotherapy and prescription drugs. I am seeking tools so I can help myself, with steely resolve, hoping to not have to return to an expensive, ineffective psychiatrist).

On YouTube you will hear Melanie do quite a bit of rehashing about this kind of Narcissistic abuse in order to let you know how thorough her understanding is, and to sell the program, but once you subscribe and start the program, she really gets down to business to start helping and healing immediately, and the effect is immediate relief after the first sit-down and listen.
Melanie knows from experience, you cannot "think your way out" of abused/victim mentality, you actually have to FEEL it through and through, to shift your mind, your thinking into a new paradigm.

Although this might sound overly simple: NARP is a series of 2 hour voice-guided meditations utilizing visualization techniques. We learn how to transform painful memories and move them out. We clear space where we can see ourselves more lovingly, and positively, freed from judgments and negative energy. After practicing this, we become stronger internally. She has clearly done a lot of work on herself, as well as development and research, and the total cost of the program was less than 1 hour with my former psychiatric therapist. The difficult part of this work is the sitting still and listening.

Make time and sit and listen, I think the content is an excellent value. Get up early if you have to, in order to schedule it. I put it on first thing when I wake up. There is a lot of free content out there on the web and many approaches to self-help/new age spirituality/recovery from abuse/pop psychology, there are so many different directions to research and investigate when we desperately need help, its overwhelming, time consuming and exhausting to consider all the google search terms and watch all the youtube self help videos. I wanted someone to organize the useful bits and hold my hand and say here, do this with me and you will heal, be stronger, take better care of yourself in the future, trust, and keep the tools. Melanie has done that. This program is to-the-point, organized, and it helps provide relief immediately from feeing crushed under the heavy burden of our own minds.

I took off 1 star because the audio quality of the downloads is inconsistent to the point of distraction in some modules, and the 2-hour length should be shortened to 1 hour or less per session on some modules. I hope she re-records these meditations for sound clarity and publishes them for the NARP community. I would gladly pay again if she did provide updated, clear audio recordings. She uses some language infrequently that sounds like new age/pop-psych terminology that she doesn't really explain, so it is hard to interpret what she is talking about, but that doesn't interfere too much. (The talk throughout the modules is very repetitive, I think out of necessity. Perhaps we need to hear the loving, positive messages repeatedly so they really get wired into us.) Lastly, she asks you to think of specific painful memories while she talks you through the healing. I think it is helpful to think of these very specific painful memories you need to work out BEFORE starting the meditation, maybe write down specific memories or instances that are bothering you before you push play, and then you are prepared to sit and listen while she talks you through working them out.

After so many years of dramatic conflicts and high/low feelings about myself, sitting still and listening seems like an anti-climactic solution. But Ive found it is reassuring in its simplicity.

Tip for consumers:
Try the free webinar. Be aware that she talks a lot about the feelings of abuse in the first two hours, and if the sample meditation she does during hour three is helpful to you, you will find this series useful for recovery.

I love Melanie's work. I found that is was highly accessible and easy to follow. When I first found her on you tube I was experiencing the worst event in my life and my head was in chaos. I would actually watch her videos at night to be able to calm down and sleep. I love the opportunity is has given me to own my life in its entirety, not just what I can or want to remember and accept. I think the work is better done alone with as little help from outside as possible. The nature of the work is inward and it accelerates when you take the instructions given and internalize them, working from your own feelings and experience. A beautiful way to reconnect with yourself after perhaps losing sight of your path and purpose. Thank you Mel.

For some reason I feel like the program was initially helpful, and they put in a lot of effort to help me with the modules, I just don't know that were the right people for each other. The staff put in a lot of effort to help me; there seem to be and have been some very good people there. I was repeatedly telling them about my insane situations; did what they could with their level of understanding to help me. There was a good reason actually why I was doing that, I have been having some deeply disturbing spiritual experiences as well and they may have picked up on that and it may have been disturbing for them as well. The QFH seemed to be doing something at first, but I couldn't follow Mels advice on self care; it has been quite difficult in the context of massive anxiety. It's harder for some, Mel knows some of the answers,, she doesn't have all for the price of her course! I still feel confused about how I feel about QFH and the program overall in part because my situation is atypical.

I am eternally grateful to have discovered Melanie Tonia Evans' work.

I grew up in a narcissistic and abusive family, and have since lived my life ashamed for my very existence, mired in addiction and other means of self-avoidance, and repeatedly drawn and enslaved to invalidating and abusive relationships.

During the last year of my most recent relationship, I found Mel's podcasts and webinars. There were stretches where I would turn to her work daily like one would turn to a trusted friend. It's no exaggeration to say her work has helped to save my life, shifting the way I view myself and the world around me.

I found Mel's insights to be heartbreakingly profound yet so compassionate. She has helped me find the courage to turn inward so I can heal the wounds left long ago, and break the patterns caused by a lack of self-partnering.

From those dark days of first discovering the concept of narcissism and its parasitic force on my life, to slowly accepting that I am not the endlessly co-dependent victim of my own conditioning that I believed myself to be, I am ready to cross the bridge to inner healing through the NARP program.

Thank you Mel, for your life-changing work.

I am interested in the tools Melanie compiled for this program. I cannot comment on the program as yet because I have not completed it but from what I have seen and read of Melanie's work online she has a good handle on Narcissism and seems to be a genuinely lovely person I look forward to finding out more about the program. Good luck to you all.

Im another genuine user of the NARP program. First thing to mention is that the program does work. One of the first modules in the program, to clear pain that is causing you distress at this time works incredibly well.

Melanie mentions that you will use this module over and over again as you work through your pain, and it is true, I have used it over ten times so far, working on different traumas from my past.

The program does require TIME. The first module takes two hours, and sometimes this is too long, but I did find that you can create your own shorter audio version pretty simply and then you can cut the session to one hour, I have done this and it still works exactly the same way.

You have to keep working with the modules, it is not something you can throw a few hours at, feel a bit better and then leave.

I have done this, and you have to go back and do more work, because the further you push into the modules, the deeper the pain you release; a lot of people don't understand this. It is like peeling back the layers of an onion.

Overall I would recommend this to anyone who has trauma from childhood or narcissistic abuse, which also in the end goes back to childhood.

Highly recommended!

When I signed up for the Silver package, I was informed that since I did not Opt for the more pricier Gold package that I would not have access to the forums, which I was okay with, so I cannot speak to what does or does not go on there. I am simply leaving an honest review of my experience with the course.

I had already read dozens of Melanie's Narcissist Abuse articles, watched her Youtube videos and listened to several radio podcasts, AND I had been sent two completely FREE E-Books which were extremely helpful and informative, before I purchased her course on a 6 pay plan which boils down to about $20 a month. If I am not worth that small of a monthly investment then I might as well just forget about self improvement altogether.

I was brought to her because I have been attracting Narcissist into my life for well over 30 years. Not just romantic relationships either, but friendships as well. In fact, I think the friendships did more psychological damage than the romantic relationships. Suffice it to say, I just needed to figure out WHY it was happening and HOW To make it STOP.

I am a pragmatic / logical person, so all this metaphysical energetic healing stuff was completely out of my realm of experience or even beliefs. But I will tell you this, after ONE thirty minute session, I KNEW something was going on because I literally felt as if a huge weight was being removed from the pit of my stomach.

So I have ZERO complaints about that. The ONE thing I would change if I were Melanie and that is how this is delivered. Each healing process asks the listener if they will "Allow" Melanie to "Come Into" their space for healing purposes. This part, I always mentally qualify to myself "NO ONE except G-ds Holy Spirit may enter my spiritual space. If it is not from G-d Himself, then I rebuke it." Now, this is JUST ME, but I am keenly aware that negative spirits and entities (think Vampires) HAVE to be invited in. And I am not too keen on inviting anything in that is not G-d himself, hence my concern about this.

So I change the meditation to that and I do the visualizations under those terms. And they have helped me tremendously. Bearing in mind, that having the knowledge BEFOREHAND was Key. So I would say, while this course may not be for everyone, I feel that Melanie is providing a MUCH NEEDED service to the entire hurting Narc Abuse community, and as such, I would recommend it.

I have been reading and learning about the program. I have known for a long time that the solution to my reactionary behavior from dealing with narcissists is within. I am also really really tired of attracting these types of people into my life as partners. I am so ready to stop reacting to them and stop attracting them. I am convinced that the NARP program can help me to do this and more. I encourage anyone who has these same experiences in their life to try this program. To be free and grow into a better state of consciousness is a gift that can only enhance your life and may be the key that opens the door to a life you've aspired to but up until now have not been able to attain.

Melanie Tonia Evans knows more than most people in the world about what is necessary to heal from narcissistic abuse. Many people think that there is a need to re-hash what the N does and says or does not do or say. This is erroneous thinking and those people who do the necessary healing work also realise that re-hashing old destructive stories about what happened to them, does not help the healing process. Those people who think that talking about the destructive words and actions of the N will help their healing process, are still stuck talking about it years later and often get involved with other toxic people. Those people who focus on their healing, go No Contact and who do not keep re-hashing abuse stories, can tell many glowing stories of not just surviving, but they are thriving. Melanie does know what she is talking about and those who have done her NARP programme, can attest to how good it is and the wonderful results they have achieved by doing it. I would totally recommend Mel's work to anyone who wants to heal from narcissistic abuse, because it really works and that says it all.

I found the NARP community while searching online for healing resources after a very painful relationship and breakup with a narcissist, and uncovering the truth about my past and childhood. I participated in Melanie's free teleseminar, and then went on and applied to get a scholarship, which I received. I don't know where I would be right now if I hadn't had this scholarship for the NARP program, beacuse my financial life was a disaster after the breakup and all the PTSD that follows. It has helped me so so much. I had many PTSD symptoms, had troubles sleeping, concentrating, I felt very hurt and frightened that I would be and feel like this forever. The healing tools really work, even if you don't believe in metaphysical concepts, it's so worth trying and sticking to doing the healings, as they really work miracles on clearing and liberating yourself of the pain and all that accompanies it on a deep down level, not just intellectually. The community is very supportive and helpful too. I highly recommend this program to anyone who has suffered narcissistic abuse. As you progress in your healing journey through this program, you will understand what it means when they say that everything happens for a reason, that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and that this very painful event in your life can be an opportunity for you to become even better than you were before, and to finally become your most authentic self. Incredible but very true.

I like the narp program and I like Melanie and her knowledge. She is great.
But beware her forum because although there are some wonderful moderators there, there are also some narcs there (it is common to have hidden narcs like sharks where you have wounded codependents, no surprise there!)... I was gaslighted and attacked by various people, and I discussed this with others who agreed that one of the ladies who runs her forum is actually a psychopath, so be careful of the forum but enjoy the program :)

Melanie Tonia Evans is one of the most sincere people I've ever encountered online. Her program helped me tremendously. She put her whole heart into it - it's obvious. It's hard work - getting to the root of the reasons why you were involved with a narcissist and taking full responsibility for your life. No scam here. Good luck to all.

Dear Mrs Melanie,

It was like a blessing the day i discovered about your articles on narcissisms and since then i have been able to understand with whom i am married and also now am in a better position to understand his behaviour. He is a sick person and all the time i was thinking about what i did or say something wrong that provoke him to go after other women and so on. Thanks to you dear Madam, i feel more human now. So many times i wanted to just finish with my life and then the thought of my daughters being alone stopped me and i think may be God also wanted to me to save myself. Today even though the hurt is still so present, but now after reading Mrs Melanie's emails i know that i am not the faulty one and i feel more and more confidant and realise my worth. Thank you again Mrs Melanie you have been of a great help to me. God bless and hope your work continue to save lives. Regards from N. T

I did Melanie's free programme and, despite it being rather 'woo' - and I'm definitely not a 'woo' person - I did find it quite helpful. The very basic concept seems to be a recognition that, after you have been damaged by a relationship with a narcissist, the best thing you can do is to work on and 'energise' yourself. Her reasoning seems to be that the past, however painful, can't be changed and neither can the narcissist themselves (they're notoriously resistant to improvement, even in the hands of trained professionals) so you should try to take your attention or 'energy' away from these things (which she acknowledges as very hard) and instead focus your attention on helping and healing yourself. She uses the idea of being more than a 'Survivor' of abuse and aiming to become a 'Thriver' which I quite liked and have taken on board.
But - and it's a big and personal one - I didn't warm to Melanie herself and found her style rather preachy. Her videos, though free on Youtube, contain some good ideas but are very 'wordy'. I also have hearing problems and found her voice both grating and hard to hear - but that's very just me.
My honest advice would be - try her free programme and see how you feel about it. I won't be buying the further CD's and books but that's because I don't think they'll help me personally. Although I can see a 'golden nugget' in her ideas, the packaging that that nugget comes in won't work for me. It might for you. Really, if there's anything that might reduce the pain, trauma and obsessional rehashing of events that mark the aftermath of a brush with a narcissist and would strengthen us against them worming their way into our lives again, it is worth at least considering - or sieving for its best parts.

I am just getting started with the NARP program, but just in the free workshops pre webinar launch it has opened my eyes up significantly. I knew fundamentally it was me that needed to shift and change, but I lacked the understanding and direction on how to do it. Melanie and her team of Thrivers, along with the support staff are immensely warm, classy people who have the most compassionate way of delivering the hard facts that I needed to hear. I am excited about the next step in my healing and joining the NARP community.
