Responding to the criticism. I have an M.A.in Psych & many years of different growth work and spiritual practice, and Melanie's stuff is the best I have ever read. Furthermore $195 is extremely reasonable, the cost of 2 or 3 therapy sessions, and worth a whole lot more in my opinion. The process takes time and may bring stuff up that is not so pleasant, but I believe it is more effective in the end than anything else.Her limit setting on endless ranting about he-done-me-wrong is for your own good. If you are serious about moving on from a destructive relationship and not rebounding into another one, Melanie is the best.

Wonderful emersion into positivity. A real journey into understanding yourself and those inner patterns of abuse, and how to open yourself to the opportunities of a full life. You tube videos are very knowledgeable and sometimes funny to take the edge off but professional. The email I received helped in me not feeling so alone and isolated when I went no contact with my whole family.

Melanie comes into your life at just the right time don't pass up the opportunity to move forward after abuse.

I love Melanie's work. I found that is was highly accessible and easy to follow. When I first found her on you tube I was experiencing the worst event in my life and my head was in chaos. I would actually watch her videos at night to be able to calm down and sleep. I love the opportunity is has given me to own my life in its entirety, not just what I can or want to remember and accept. I think the work is better done alone with as little help from outside as possible. The nature of the work is inward and it accelerates when you take the instructions given and internalize them, working from your own feelings and experience. If you buy Narp its because you are sick of not been able to get over an abusive relationship/s sometimes many years later. This was my case so I gave it a go. It worked and I'm still using the methods and guidelines and also avoiding toxic people. It is a way forward to the future and not the past. You are given the tools to recover then the rest is up to you, there is ongoing support in the program also. It's not always easy but its better than been haunted by your X and blaming the world for your problems. You are the only one responsible for your life no mater how unjust it can be. It can be an inconvenient truth. Its a great wake up call :)

I have been reading and learning about the program. I have known for a long time that the solution to my reactionary behavior from dealing with narcissists is within. I am also really really tired of attracting these types of people into my life as partners. I am so ready to stop reacting to them and stop attracting them. I am convinced that the NARP program can help me to do this and more. I encourage anyone who has these same experiences in their life to try this program. To be free and grow into a better state of consciousness is a gift that can only enhance your life and may be the key that opens the door to a life you've aspired to but up until now have not been able to attain.

I truly hate it when spiritual guru's get into blaming the victim. "You created the abuse that happened to you" they say. This drives me crazy angry. However, I also get bored and frustrated when nonspiritual coaches helping people heal from abuse spend all their time teaching me about what abuse is, and how it feels to be abused. Listening to hours of YouTube video's about what a Narcissist is does nothing to help me. THEN COMES MEL! This woman does not blame the victim but she also doesn't blame the narcissist. She focuses on what I really need and want. Real healing and deep healing. She uses the phrase "level up" a lot and that is affirming as what she wants is personal growth and a better life with new boundaries and healthy self esteem for everyone. I haven't completed her program yet, but I am excited to get started with it.

The community she has developed in her Forum has some very good moderators. BUT there is one or two who are ABUSIVE to members. It is not a safe place to be. When I spoke up nicely saying, perhaps they wrote what they did as they had their own triggers to deal with, I was temporarily removed from the forum as punishment. This is ABUSIVE behavior. On top of that the Moderators Gaslighted me afterward.

I suggest you buy the Silver Level and stay away from the Forum.

Her channeled healings are very effective, the only hinderance from my side is that Mel gives a number and I may be at a different number which does not match the one I'm feeling.

Melanie's healing teachings are nothing but profound. I am beyond grateful that I discovered her on the internet... If not I would still be stuck in a place of pain and horror. Her daily supportive mails have kept me buoyed, sane (ish) and prevented me from lashing out and hurting myself further. I encourage every disillusioned, hurt, suffering individual to look up her amazing transformative work. I am excited to embrace a joyful brave new world.

It's amazing how much difference this made to me. It's like Melanie's videos, workshops, and emails spoke directly to me. Nothing else I have seen, read, or tried was able to really thoroughly go through my experience as well. Incredibly helpful, without a doubt. Their customer service is also incredibly friendly. From the moment I first heard of narcissistic abuse, I've been watching Melanie's videos, along with a number of others, on YouTube to better understand what I have been going through. What stood out for me was her focus on healing, and not just in identifying the abusive situations. I believe that healing is the key to true release.

I'm happy to report that even in the early stages of my road back to wholeness, I can credit Melanie's teachings as having created a profound shift in my focus and in my thinking. I've stepped away from the obsessive researching and am now truly committed to healing the aspects of my being that attracted relationships with toxic individuals. It's an amazing start. I'm excited to keep moving forward.
