I have done a lot of work on myself through the years, if you have encountered Narcissistic abuse all your life and it bought you to deep despair, it's make or break. So since my thirty's l have been on the path of recovery, mainly books, then a year ago l heard the word Narcissistic and felt l needed to look it up, oh! My goodness here it was all the torture l had been put through mentally, and physically. I was so angry. So sad my life had been blighted by these hateful people. Reading others experiences on other UTube channels helped and then l realised one needed to move on, but to what. Then Joy of Joy's Found Mel, this is the way to go forward once and for all.
