We were told that the products were safe and healthy however they are not. The ingredients in the toothpaste and lotion are quite the opposite

I will miss being a member of this online shopping club. I had to cancel due to inflation taking my money in other areas of life, utilities, gas, food, etc. I will definitely reinstate my membership when I am better able to organize my finances and of course if inflation ever comes down. Their products are amazing! I've never had a problem with customer service. If you don't like a product, you call and they will refund or send you something else to try. My membership was cancelled successfully through email. There were no issues there. Give this company a try. Mr.Vandersloot truly cares about wellness and humanity. He takes every opportunity to empower Melaleuca members. I can't wait to be a member again and also subscribe to their new roll out on Riverbend Ranch Black Label Steak! I trust this wellness company. They are not crooks. Everything is clear about meeting your 35 point monthly commitment. If you forget to place an order, they auto ship your selection of monthly products. No gimmicks, no BS. All the negative reviews are disgruntled people who truly did not listen to what being a member entails.

IF YOU WANT TO JOIN A PYRAMID SCHEME - THEN THIS COMPANY IS FOR YOU! THE PRODUCTS ARE AVERAGE. NOTHING TO BRAG ABOUT. BUT IF YOU CONVINCE PEOPLE TO SIGN UP, THEN YOU MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOUR FRIENDS, AND THEN THEY HAVE AVERAGE PRODUCTS. SOME PRODUCTS ARE SUB-STANDARD, AND THE BOTTLES AND DISPENSERS THAT YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE DO NOT WORK. CANCELLING AND RETURNING PRODUCTS

Terrible and Overpriced products; I am forced to buy products that I don't want because if you are a member, you must spend a certain amount each month. I signed up because of a friend and she loves it and WHAT THE HECK? How on earth do people use these products? They are awful.
Below is the email I just sent them:Good morning, I was just charged a convenience fee of $67.99 and I don't understand what that is and I would like a refund for it. Please refund that amount and cancel my membership. If this does not happen I will dispute it with my bank.
I have tried many products and most of the ones I've tried are just not good and extremely overpriced.
I have submitted complaints about products and there is really no way to review them.
The two products that I do like: 1 - popcorn - they are extremely overpriced and half of the kernels don't pop. I throw half the product away. 2 -brownie protein bars - extremely expensive and now are no longer available.
So many products that are terrible, way too expensive and I've had to pay to ship back:
Sei Bella Vitamin C cream - gave me blisters
Pretreater - stained my clothes - I now have brown spots on my clothes where I used this product.
Wood Wipes - left streaks on all the furniture I used it on.
Other wipes - the packaging is so bad that all the wipes come out together.
I could go on and on.
Again, please refund the 67.99 and cancel my account.

I have suffered with fibromyalgi, Chronic Fatigue, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome for many many years. I have tried countless prescription drugs and natural supplements to no avail. At best the prescription drugs merely masked some of the symptoms to make things bearable. I have been with Melaleuca for two years in July and have even tried several supplements including the Vitality four but never noticed any difference. I love other products though. Then in February 2015 I decided to try one last thing and that was the new Peak Performance Total. As of April I was actually able to come off all my meds. In May while on a family vacation to the Smokey Mountains in TN I hiked three miles to see a waterfall and road on a ninety minute trail ride the next morning. I could NEVER have done that prior to taking these supplements. My family is amazed at the difference in me. I'm taking my life back! I'm not saying "I'm cured" and have NO pain, but the difference is flat out AMAZING! I go to my doctor next week to get my blood work repeated and am super curious to see the results. Thank you Melaleuca!

Seen many people promoting it and decided to try it out as their membership was only 1$ at the moment. After ordering for 140$ CAD (either 90$ plus shipping or 140$ free shipping), the parcel came into a UPS part office and I got no notification of it. Had to check my order through the website to find where it was.

Once I opened the box, most products were of average quality with some harmful ingredients (not like advertised).

- Essential Oils were good
- Laundry Detergent is average, cleans well but has fragrances
- Shower gel smells so strong I won't stop sneezing
- Sunscreen contains Avobenzone (what I wanted to avoid)
- All bottles come without dispensers (you need to buy them separately)
- Didn't try the dish soap yet but the ingredients list isn't very good

Now I am trying to cancel my membership as there is no way I need 90$ worth of products every month and there is just no way to join them. The e-mail bounces back. If by the end of the month it isn't cancelled I will receive a box full of stuff I do not need and will have to pay for it.

Terrible service and policy.
