Responded to an e-mail offer this morning and opted to be called. The phone rang immediately, and Billy Riley came on the line in about 6 minutes. It was clear early on that he was not only every knowledgeable about the many plan options, but that he was truly interested in providing me with the best, least cost option. In addition to finding me a better option for Plan N that I currently hold (up to A+) he arranged to pass me on to the Part D solution.

Jordan Shay help me through the process. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely reach out to him again if I were in need of any help.

Shawn Reed answered all my questions regarding the differences between plans G & N. I chose the plan which I found to better serve my needs while saving money. The change over was handled quickly and easily. I was pleasantly surprised with the service, I expected someone reading from a script to sell me a plan. Shawn advised me to call or email directly if I had any problems with the insurance or even claims. This is a great company to deal with. Thank you!

As a new Medicare person I was totally confused by all the TV commercials about Medicare Advantage plans. Brandon Cahill explained how it works with original Medicare and supplements vs the TV commercials. He set me up with a plan that is perfect for me. I was searching for Medicare coverage and received numerous calls but Joel Garcia was the one! Joel was very knowledgeable about the different types of coverage and explained each one to me to help me understand. I had spoken with a few other companies and they all seemed to be in a hurry and didn't have time for me. Joel answered every question and went over all my options and I feel very confident he helped me get the best coverage for my money. He also followed up after we spoke to make sure all was well. My conversation with Mr. Larry Cate was informative, and courteous. He also informed me that i could call back any time, reminded me of the enrollment time periods, and spoke in language that seniors love ( plain).

With all the things going on in this world it is nice to have someone so helpful to have the answers that I'm looking for on my retirement insurance...

I requested info on a medicare supplement policy and was contacted my Maxwell Scott immediately. As we discussed the different options he carefully helped me decide which would be better for my situation and budget. He explained everything so clearly and in no time i was able to sign up for a great supplement plan that meets my needs! I will be recommending Maxwell Scott to all of my friends and family. It was so easy! And I am going to rest easier knowing i have this additional coverage.

My husband and I just joined UnitedHealth Care Plan G. Fortunately we have not use it as far as medical issues is concerned. But I do want to stress that the information, processing and customer service has been amazing, so far. Thanks!

I was doing research online on Medicare Supplement/Advantage plans and I called Elite Insurance Partners pursuant to an ad on the internet. I dialed the number and Bianca picked up the call. I found someone that was extremely knowledgeable about all of the ins and outs of Medicare Insurance. There was no "hard sell"... just the facts about all of the choices that were available. Bianca was also willing to spend whatever time was necessary for me to understand what I needed to know. A real "breath of fresh air." Wish I had someone like her to help me solve all of my problems!

Each representative has been helpful and made me feel confident about this major decision. It is nice to not have to worry. And, if I do have a concern, someone is waitig.
