Tried to get me on plan for April first. As I have had one delay after another was supposed to be on January 1st. I was again supposed to get on April first but paperwork not submitted, now I am trying for May first.
Escarleth contacted us in a timely manner. She effectively resolved a problem with communication related to change in our supplements. Without her assistance I am not certain the problem would have been resolved. We really appreciate her help!

When the State of Vermont suspended United Healthcare's ability to offer all but one Medicare backup plan, we lost our insurance on relatively short notice. This plunged us into weeks of scouring through confusing and conflicting information to no avail. Just before the deadline Susanna recalled the excellent assistance she's had years before from Gary Morgan at Elite insurance Partners. We phoned him and he responded quickly, answering our many questions clearly and efficiently. He had to hand information about medigap and pharmacy plans that best suited our situation at decidedly lower costs than other options we'd been considering and with credible assurance that the major insurers he was recommending for us would serve us well. We each were signed up within a half hour, and everything since has followed smoothly and exactly as Gary said it would. And we now are confident that we are as well protected as possible and at a cost we can afford. This was a rare experience of complexity and trouble being resolved simply, easily and effectively. She explained everything that I would need to do to finish my enrollment and it went through without a hitch. She made a very stressful endeavor seem effortless. I appreciated her help very much.
The increasing cost of drug coverage had us worried so we called EIP. Eduardo Garcia returned our call and he reviewed our options, answering all of our questions. He followed up with emails directing us to the enrollment site and the process was exactly as he described. He was patient, courteous and helpful.
My experience with the people that helped me was excellent. I first spoke with Greg Banlowe and he helped me understand the differences in the Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans. He was very patient and answered all my questions. With Greg's help I decided on a Supplement plan as being the best solution for me and the next step was the application process. I spoke today with Tessa Steele for the application process and questionnaire involved with it. She, too, was patient and informative and friendly.
