Wish I had read the other bad reviews before making my first order with this disastrous company. They send me the wrong item, and free international return is a huge lie considering their return label is not accepted by any of the several post offices I visited. Customer service unresponsive, been waiting almost 2 weeks for help. I can say goodbye to my money- never going back
Very poor customer service. I have 3 pairs of trousers all of them lovely & I've just had a worn a new pair that are much shorter than the others and too short for me. They are not interested in replacement or refund because labels removed. Please don't make the mistake of assuming the brand offers continuity or a high level of customer service. High prices on the other hand are a constant.
It's a hassle to buy from this company. They ship to the US from London and I've had an item stuck in customs with no help from Me & em to get it cleared. I've had to provide a ss# and additional personal data and had numerous calls to DHL and multiple emails to Me & Em. The biggest joke is ME & EM hasn't helped clear the shipment and now offered a $100 gift certificate which would not even buy an item on their site. Do not recommend this company.
Item description not as described. Jumper 10cm shorter than advertised and in all honesty not very well constructed, definitely not worth £125 (that was on sale too!). Emailed customer service straight away & still not heard back after 3 weeks. Would never purchase or recommend them to anyone! Disappointing to see bloggers like Emma Louise Connolly & Claire Rose Cliteur continually working with this company considering they really don't value their customers experience. I bought off a recommendation from ELC so has definitely made me question her authenticity with products she recommends.

I have had a look into your order and first of all wanted to offer my sincerest apologies for the poor experience. I can see that we worked closely with our DHL account manager to expedite the delivery of your parcel who escalated internally and I'm happy to see that your parcel cleared customs and has been successfully delivered.
I would like to offer my reassurances that this is not what normally happens with our shipments to the US, so I really hope you can accept our sincerest apologies for the really poor shopping experience on this occasion.
Our US customers do not normally have to complete any customs paperwork or provide social security numbers so we are now investigating why you've had this experience and we're working with our account manager to make sure this doesn't happen again with any other customers.
We take experiences like this really seriously and we are really disappointed that you have had these problems.
