So far so good! I have not had a good chance to run the lap top through ots paces but what i have seen so far its good!
Everything is shipped so quickly and customer service is on top of things. I got a laptop and headset (yes, the PlayStation headset works for Xbox controllers!)... I love ordering with mdg and I will again in the future! I just wish they had more products.

The experiences I had with the agents were great. However upon opening one of my boxes, on e installed the screen was black and there was a tiny hole. This television is unusable. I tried to contact someone today concerning the issue but, no one answered and I haven't received a callback yet.

I was told there is a restocking fee just to return one computer for another. I dont think there should be a restocking fee if the computer is not being used.

I was passed from the next person to the next person told different things. Finally got things approved and then the delivery was another story. All Canadian courier was very rude and also no communication. Ended up having to pick up the item from the warehouse ourselves

First of all, I had several issues with the computer. I had to activate my Windows 10 copy on the hard drive, then I had to buy a wireless wifi because your system did not include wifi, another thing is there is no camera with the pc, therefore I will have buy one myself and finally there is no sound coming from the pc for some unexplained reasons. I will have to hire a tech specialist to fix the problems.

Very slow processing, lots of hoops to jump through. Not really worth the trouble. I guess their service is good if you have absolutely no credit and they are your only option.

Nobody emailed me back or gave me a call. I still have the email dates it was sent out as proof. I wanted to price match and kept trying to reach someone but nobody called me back. I overall had a great experience the first time I ordered but this time around it was mediocre.

The merchandise was great however why the customer service has not returned my email regarding the issue below?
Your company charged me for scheduled delivery x 2 plus extra x 2 for scheduled delivery.
First I was contacted by UPS on the first part of my order and scheduled delivery for Saturday 10-2. I waited all day then out of the blue on a sunny day the driver decided he just wanted to go home and did not deliver my order, instead marked it as a weather issue. I contacted corporate after being very upset they refunded your company both the regular shipping and scheduled shipping costs and confirmed there was no weather issue. I want some type of refund. They then made me leave work early on Monday.
Next shipment through CEVA they scheduled this for Friday. I had to take off all day, they said they would call 1 hour ahead and it would be also 10am 2pm. I called them at 1pm and they said they tried to call me however MDG gave them the wrong number for me even though I called them twice with my number days before it was supposed to be delivered. I wasted money and my work to have it rescheduled at 6:15pm when I had plans. I want at least the scheduled delivery fee refunded to me.

I've ordered 2 orders from MDG and their prices are obviously more then you would pay in a store but that's if you have a lump sum to spend at once.
If you don't MDG is a great place to finance things and it's cheaper then rent to own places.

I've been through mdg for a long time and ordered a TV and they wouldn't approve me but I got approved on the online website.and I had over 1000 in credit and still had 5 bucks after i ordered the TV. I wont be a returning customer. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
