After two verifications, a down payment, and two payments still no merchandise. Was told the items were shipping from Buffalo, NY. Actually comes from Canada and the products are Canadian. That is how they can charge more, and offer the price match guarantee, because I can not find the Canadian models here.
Still have not received. Delivery date keeps changing on UPS website. Now it is up to 12 days before arrival. I did not even know there was 12 days shipping.
If you are walking, you need to run from this company. Now that I have left a negative review, who knows if my items will ever show up.
Was approved for $1,000 credit. After providing my banking account # and routing #, now they need prior paycheck stubs? Information was submitted yet still no acknowledgement of it. For me MDG has been a joke. Now I have other issues with them having my banking information.
Thanks for the feedback! It looks like the agents simply required some additional information. We do this for security purposes and there is a reason behind every request. Income needs to be verified so that we can set up a customized payment plan with the customer, and our terms and conditions state that we may ask for more detail at any time. We have been in business for many years, and just recently celebrated our 28th anniversary. Information is not requested with the intent to cause such frustrations, and we do apologize. Please understand that we are an online only company and we must take precautions when lending to prospective customers as it is different from financing done physically in person.
The computer still going strong no problems. Helps my credit score service is okay. Waiting on next item to be delivered

I called to cancel my order. The girl said "ok I can do that bye". Then hung up on me. I called back and asked her to cancel it while I was on the phone. She said "ok it's cancelled". Kinda sketch if you ask me

It says no matter what ur credit they will approve u however i was denied so false advertising here will not reccommend this to anyone

Everyone COULD be approved but credit scores are not the only deciding factor in an application there is other information that goes into the formula/decision-making process. MDG does finance to plenty of clients who don't necessarily have the best credit or zero credit. If you haven't been approved at the moment, you should receive an email stating the reason and we encourage you to try again in 3-6 months.
One of the worst service I have used website lies to get u roped in and then they tell u they need more and more and more stuff from you I have been dealing with my order for over week and half then even after I gave them screen shots of my bank was told they would ship it out that same day we will be foing on almost 2 weeks still no stuff was told 3 to 5 days

Interests rates depend on your credit assessment and are different for everyone. It’s an open loan so you can increase payments, or make additional payments that will straight to your principal balance and help lower your balance faster. The faster the balance decreases the less interest you pay, and the more money you will save!

I recieved my orders after some confusion. Disappointed in the computer that was sent. The processor cant run the games my son plays. Is originally ordered a computer that was twice as fast but when it came to shipping, they were out of stock. Not ok with what I'm paying for.
