They were good... quick with getting the shipment out. The guy, Ivan could have been better. He didn't speak proper English in his letters. One letter he asked why I called and cancelled. But then the payment went thru. They also didn't ask if it was the correct account before they billed it, overdrawing my ALREADY overdrawn account. Also the rules were not clear on what account had to be used before they billed it.

This company is a fraud they give fake information just to get your private information run away you been warn

We do this for security purposes and there is a reason behind every request. Income needs to be verified so that we can set up a customized payment plan with the customer, and our terms and conditions state that we may ask for more detail at any time. Information is not requested with the intent to cause such frustrations, and we do apologize. Please understand that we are an online-only company and we must take precautions when lending to prospective customers as it is different from financing done physically in person.

You have to jump threw hoops to get the finance then they dont ship on time as promised... they promised to ship on friday and its now tuesday and UPS still says waiting to be delivered to them.

I was told last Thursday that was in 24 to 48 hours I would receive the shipping information stop going on 72 and I still have not heard a word
