I ordered a laptop and a desktop computer both totaling almost 2,000 dollars. Order processing time and shipping verification times were herendous. I can't even use the desk top which is supposedly brand new out of the box. It just doesn't run and literally takes about 10 minutes just for the desk top to load. You can't even view a simple page like Facebook on it. I've tried several times via email and telephone to get some help with my order and customer service refuses to call me back to help me. So now I am stuck with a 800 dollar computer that I can't use! To top things off they aren't even US computers they are Canada releases and my laptop works great accept for the fact that it doesn't have the one key feature that made me chose it because it's a Canada release model and not is model.
Great customer service and support. Kept in touch with me guiding me through the process from applying to receiving delivery of the product.

The products were fine but ups lost half my order. I was told it was to be delivered to my house. It wasn't on the truck. I told them I would go to the shipping center to pick it up. They couldn't find it there either. Apparently someone walked away with my kitchen appliance. No one at ups took responsibility. I wanted a new one shipped to me by a different shipping method and Mdg refused to send it by anyone but ups so I just cancelled the order.

The customer service people are wonderful! I had a fantastic experience with my assigned agent. The ONLY downside is the shipping is taking FOREVER. Hoping to have my item soon.

The approval process is agonizingly slow and tedious. The criteria for approval is scrutinizing.
However, I do understand the need for vetting and shipping was only 3 days. The merchandise is top quality, and we are content with the pricing and the terms.
