While I've been a customer of MDG for years, i will no longer be giving them my hard earned money. I was not only treated like some delinquent who was trying to avoid paying what i owe, but was also treated as though my business was not important in the least. I received an accusing email after i had already resolved the issue at hand, 10 days after i had done my part i received an email accusing me of not doing anything to bring my account current etc. Not professional at all considering i had already paid the one back payment i had missed during the time i switched bank accounts. The whole situation was handled poorly, and as a result they wiped the almost $2000 credit i had, down to almost nothing. There are many online lease companies that dont have 2 year agreements, and even some that don't charge interest at all (i. E. Zebit) so for customer service to act as though they have no desire to keep long time customers, is a bit ridiculous and arrogant.

Was told I would receive shipping info the 26th and it would ship out the 24th. I received shipping infor the 25th of December. Have been emailing on 4 different occasions and received one reply with more erroneous information. I have tracked it and it still shows that the facility is awaiting for the package to ship and it is now the 31st and still not actually shipped. Once I verified my information last week, depending in when I was told that it would ship, I asked when it would be so that I can make a decision to cancel my order. When we calculated on the phone I should have received it around the 30th-31st. But yet it shows that it hasn't shipped. I also emailed asking to apply a coupon code that I have had and there is no response there either. I will be placing a fraud report with my bank because this appears to be a scam. No one has responded to me in days on 2 separate topics. This is the WORST customer "service" that I have experienced.

Very easy to apply and confirm payments. My only issue was the two items did not arrive at the same time... at least my son got one Christmas Eve! And the second arrived today 12/30/19 He is a very Happy young man!

From Qualifying, Ordering to talking to MDG's financing people. All went very smoothly. Just waiting on delivery at this point. I'm less than a full week into this from when I was approved and item being shipped.
I order a couch and recieved a loveseat? All the furniture is VERY uncomfortable. It is hard not soft at all... I'm so very upset and disappointed

Let's see your shipping company lost a $600 box that's costing me close to $1000 with interest and rather than help me get another one sent you give me the run around saying you haven't received any emails, I've called about 7 times and been dealing with this for over a week I get being busy but you guys should be a little more proactive about resolving customers issues rather than playing a waiting game forever and expecting them to just sit around and wait.

The accepting part of this experience was long an drawn out! The delivery of the mattress was fast an on point. Though you broke up my order so half my delivery wont be here till this coming friday. I hope. An I hope they dont leave a 65 inch tv an game system in my driveway like they did the mattress. But all an all so far a decent experience. Thank u.

MDG are very efficient I had no issues getting myself approved with low payments and to top it all off it was the fastest procedure ever
Horrible I felt at a loss with no help and I still went through with my order and yet to receive it so I had a daughter and son with no gifts I am a single parent trying to get by so yeah thought this would be a great help and ultimately was the worst ever hope it doesn't happen again

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs.
