Ed was fantastic to work with, only reason for 4 stars not 5 is shipping, I'm sure the holidays may have slowed it up a bit, but I'll have made 2 payments before I even get my product. Can't review said product yet because of shipping!

Ordering was okay with several required steps for the first order but none for any other orders.
Talking with the reps made everything so easy, if there's one thing I could change it would be how long it take to receive you stuff. All in all I'll do this all over again can't wait to make my next big ticket.

I placed an order which I paid for expedited processing as it was supposed to take the 7-10 days processing down to 3-5 days. It still took 11 days to process my order. I then paid $500 in shipping cost, which seems exceedingly high, only to find out that not only was it for economy shipping ($500 for economy?) but also was going to take an additional 8 days for items coming from Atlanta to Ohio which is a 1 day trip. Items still have not arrived yet (order placed on 12/19) and according to the shippers website will not be here for another week. Hopefully they will be correct and undamaged as this has already not been a great experience.

Took 3 weeks to get an item after making first payment

From the beginning, everything was presented straightforward.
The deposit was doubled from approximately $400.00 to $800.00 though, yet that was expected, as I went over my limit, so not a surprise.
Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous and worked with me until my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
Have not received items yet, 11 days after payment, though they are en-route and should be here next week according to the tracking data. When the items arrive, I may update this review.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs.
