Process takes way too long and the steps are ridiculous

I didn't know what to expect but all I can say is for me I didn't think the process was that bad. I was nervous at first but once I verified my payments. A few days later my tv was shipped!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress set. So i had to call to cancel it. Then i called back to place another order and the customer service rep helped me not only order the right size but she was absolutely amazing and gave me excellent news. The mattress i wanted online didn't have but she said theres a better one just like the one I really wanted so i got to order the one I really wanted in the first place! Excellent customer service and been a customer for over a year or two and nothing but great service!
Very helpful, also done in good time.The sales rep was very informative and also let me know my options and when my Items would be available and shipped. When I called and the rep wasn't available, I received a call by to find out what I needed in a timely manner as well as kept me informed on what was going on with my order.

I like this company but when I first started with MDG I was told if I made an initial payment my order would be shipped I made the first payment then they told me I needed to put 194.00 dollars down first before theh shipped my order so I made 5 more payments over 5 weeks then they took forever to send my order I got 2 phone calls asking the same questions over the course of a week. Finally my order is almost here having received it yet though.

I'm getting a gaming laptop and I have 5 weekly down payments before they'll consider shipping it but when I asked if I could put extra down on the down payment so I could possibly get it sooner I was told I couldn't and that I have to put down only the amount that was agreed upon and no extra even though their site specifically states that I can put extra down.
What kind of company is this? You would think that they would want there money but they make it drawn out and you can't even get your merchandise until you put a large sum of money down first. I have to wait over a month of down payments and then probably another 10 days from that for it to ship, more like almost 2 months if you ask me.
Seems a little strange to me...

This way well create a payment history with you and any new ones you place going forward would not have to go through the same security steps. Bought a Samsung 4k from MDG and all went great. Was delivered in about a week and the delivery guy was nice as can be. Carried it in my house and unboxed it for me. 4k tv was in perfect condition and I love it. As soon as I pay it off I'll buy another. Thank you MDG :)
