I have had a alot of issues with rent a center over paying for a crap product never truly "happy" with there finance. I found MDG threw a google search as a alternative way to get financed they provide quality and really great deals on there items. What Iam paying now isn't even close to what I was paying at rent a center. MDG Saved me almost $80 bucks on a monthly payment, you cant get this quality anywhere else. If You want the best deals and customer service you must shop at MDG!

After credit approval we thought we would simply be able to choose product (laptop) and enter all requested information for purchase online, we were wrong. We filled out all the information they requested, agreed to payments with no extra warranties box checked, finished up online process, all done right? Order shipped right? Wrong! I received an email to verify payment removed from my bank account, verified amount, order shipped right? Wrong! We received another email that we must now call company to finish purchase process. We were frustrated to say the least at this point, we call, representative tries to upsell warranty that we had already said no to in online purchase. We tell him no. He then says he has what he needs but we must wait for a call within the next day or so from another department to go over payments, which we had already done in their online process. We were ready to cancel order all together, but it was a birthday gift that was already late because of their process so we wait for the call. Order was finally shipped after speaking with another representative, or at least they confirmed via email it had shipped, we haven't received it yet. I am disappointed to say it was a time consuming, redundant, frustrating process. We literally bought a car with less hassle.

I haven't received my product yet (will be here in 2 days), but as far as the customer service experience, it was phenomenal. The APR is fairly high, but I wasn't expecting much less due to the fact they accept low credit scores. It's a good way to finance something that you want/need, without having past mistakes fall heavy on their decision to finance you or not. I give this company 5 stars for being so loyal and helpful during the process.

The process was a hassle. You order one thing, then you think it's coming & they say it's sold out. I have been waiting almost 2 months, then I still get the wrong system. I ordered a xbox 1 x bundle & got the one s with an extra controller. Glad the stuff finally came so i'll just keep it.

I had not heard anything after verifying my order. When I called to inquire on the shipping, 10 days later, I was told that he didn't know anything and he'd have the the verification department call me. They never did. My order is now in the shipping process thankfully

You have to pay 200 more for shipping and handling and it takes forever to recurve the item. In my case 3 weeks and it traveled 150 miles... I could get bigger things from China faster and dosent cost as much. 200 is excessive

Great price for products. But takes to long to get. Its been close to a month and i still havent got it.

The process to Finnish your order seems like it's never going to end. Customer service was ok. Guy I was dealing with didn't seem that friendly and was really pushing me to make my first order. Reason for 4 stars. But it's a great way to make a large purchase with out dropping large amount of money at once. Will be recommending this site to my friends.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs.
