It just took entirely too long to get my first purchase. I ordered and started this process on December 10th, 2019 and FINALLY got my laptop TODAY (Jan 8th, 2020). Then I was required to call MDG several times for verification instead of their reps calling ME... VERY hard while working 13hr days. Once I'd finally completed the order confirmation and verification process, I had to wait an EXTRA week for my laptop to be delivered. The entire experience was very unpleasant and I'm actually quite certain I I wouldn't do it again... and I still have to find out if they report on-time payments to the major credit bureaus.

Once you confirmed your 1st payment, on December 21st the order is submitted to the verification department and from there it takes 3-10 business days to receive the order. Please note that the warehouse was closed for holidays. All payments are reported to a national credit bureau as long as we have your social security number. 3 legs were busted, 2 the holes werent even drilled out and 1 was striped. The set was too high so we had to sit it on the floor directly. The arms you have to slide onto these metal locks and when my hubby tried to lay down and the arm fell off! We thought it wasnt on right but then saw that the metal was bent so hubby had to try to fix it with pliers. The set itself is hard as a rock and its not deep enough at all. Cant lay down or even sit with your legs to the side. Not enough depth to do it. Wish I didnt buy it and cant return.
The air conditioner and laptop I got were good and the ppl are nice but to buy bigger items not good. Paid for shipping but I also saw where they charged me 49.00 for a scheduled delivery and I never asked for a specific day, they said I was priority because I am a good and existing customer so they charged me for this? Ill be calling to have that removed and a credit placed for the set that was garbage.

I didn't get my product before Christmas as promised; the verification team was a nightmare. There was no point for doing a instant bank verification when I still had to wait the full 7 days for my bank to verify the amount
When I started the ordering process on December 9th I was hopeful that it would be here around Christmas time. Unfortunately the price inflation and the lengthy process will most certainly prevent me from ordering with MDG again. My order was not shipped out until January 6th and still hasn't arrived so I can not comment on the quality of the product.
However the customer service has beed good for the most part.

To even get my order to ship it took almost a week they kept sending me in a circle making me send them different paperwork and by the time it actually did ship the delivery date was literally 2 weeks later and by then another payment was due two days later. I don't recommend these people

Well, I have read many reviews positives and negatives, hopefully mine helps to bring some peace of mind to future and current customers like me. I did ordered the Samsung 82 inch tv from MDG. The finance and verification process was very simple, now please understand something, although we as humans want everything done on the spot, the verification process takes just a day or so, in my case took exactly 24 hrs. Once verified, they confirmed my first payment cleared with my bank, and right away sent the order and ship my TV from Atlanta GA. It shipped on January 3,2020, with and estimate delivery date of January 10th. However, the shipment got to Raleigh on Jan 6th, and today the TV was delivered as promised when i call and ask if the delivery date could be sooner. CEVA the delivery company, it has many negative reviews, but my experience with them has been extremely good. MDG, and CEVA logistics came thru as promised. Yes i recommend the product, and MDG for all of your home furniture electronics needs. The only suggestion i would provide to MDG is to add APPLE products to their inventory. Thank you MDG GREAT JOB!

The process was a bit more cumbersome than expected, but MDG did everything to make it as easy as possible to make my purchase. Looking forward to my new TV arriving in a couple days. How can you beat nearly half off and credit terms that are not bad at all.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
