After signing contracts and making an agreement on items, they turned around and changed terms with down payments and made things much higher than promised. There are better ones out there, avoid these guys if you can.
I have previous orders im just finishing to pay. However I ordered 2 tablets that I really didnt want but was pressured by sales person to go with them, within 24hrs I cancelled my order and wanted a different item i actually thought about before going ahead this is where the company got real fishy. Because I cancelled order Im no longer eligible to order anything else. Funny thing same lady who approved cancellation and said there would be no problem only problem is she hung up on me while doing this and then she also is one who has flagged my account saying theres fraudulent activity on my account(denying it was her-michelle i believe). That i have to reevaluated before reorder and was denied, flagged, credit limit removed and unable to purchase anything. Ive made and continue to make ontime payments with no funny business on my side. Honestly this might not even make all that much sense but I could go on and on as was a complete nightmare and run around and waste of my time on many occasions and just gave up and am finishing up on the payments. Ive spent countless hours on phone in circles. This is just a little piece of issues with this company. Because they offer you the loan, its up to them if you get accepted or approved. Wat they say. Prob is cancel one within reasonable time and will be your worst nightmare if you ever want more items you are out of luck. Also dont get on any supervisors bad side also as i believe this maybe real problem.

Unlike other reviews(which I'm very surprised) I got the item as described and with the finance terms they promised. To get the item is a process since they ask you for a down payment and the down payment has to be done in a certain amount of split payment. Also have in mind if you have less than average credit things work a little different. Always read the small print and all the paperwork. I just paid off my laptop after a few months and couldn't been any more happier.

These guys not only dont help your credit but after a year of on time payments I decided to add a new purchase through them. Well now there is another hard inquiry on my credit thanks to them. Why they give you more credit and then hit you with a hard inquiry repeatedly I will never understand! If you like your credit or are working to improve it... go another route! That will be my last purchase with them!

Once your account is paid in full we can provide you with a complete account transaction statement and an MDG Client Evaluation letter from our Finance Department detailing your history an excellent MDG client. You will be able to submit your statement along with the letter to demonstrate your ability to make payments when due to the credit bureau.
Tried for 1 month to get MDG all the account info needed in order to receive our laptop... After receiving our 1st payment and all of our bank info they then informed us that they were out of the computer we had originally wanted but that they extended our credit limit to $1000. More our payment would be between $10-12 more a month... I would not recommend that anyone give them any personal info

Was so happy when i got approved for some sofas, but very disappointed when they got here in horrible condition, and then they broke within 2 months and it gets worse.
The sofas started coming apart from the seams and i had to use clear tape to hold them together. Ive been asking for about 4 months now to have the sofas picked up and no one will listen and to make matters worse my bank account is being charged double monthly payment every week causing me to ha INSF. This is horrible and i wont be recommending them to anyone. Fyi the persons who delivered my sofas say that they were sorry but that there were worse items that were damaged where they picked up the merchandise and stated to me that they still make them delivery the damaged items.

So I called yesterday had a1200 credit I have direct deposit and they accessed my bank account and said they couldn't verify the funds I contacted wells Fargo to be told they had access to see my account number and my online banking the agent at mdg told me I needed to make 5 weekly payments before sending item guys beware these people are scammers I'm a report this to bbb and we need then to be shut down

Was approved for a TV but had to phone in for confirmation but was given the run around and rudely informed I need 2 phone numbers. My work cell and personal cell are the same. Who ever I was talking to could not grasp that I do not have a home phone because I am always out of town working and only telemarketers were phoning the home phone anyways!
I am rebuilding credit after 2.5 of being unable to work due to an injury. I chose MDG and spent weeks of frustration before finally getting the laptop I had chosen. It was supposed to be new and come with McAfee AntiVirus Plus -2yrs. But when I tried to access it I got a message that it had expired. I called but could get no resolution. Several weeks later it was stolen and I called the company with the police report info only to be told that contrary to what I had been told when I asked for details my protection plan did not cover theft. I requested that the protection plan be canceled. Not only do they expect me to pay for an item that was stolen and NOT protected but they are also charging me for the protection plan. I have an appointment with a lawyer 11/20/2017. I will definately NOT use this company again.

They hounded me until they had access to my banking account. Once they got it and took money out of my account, they sent me an email saying they found a discrepancy and would not be able to ship my products. I tried to call them and sent over ten emails. No response, all my calls were sent to an voice mail. And They still have not gotten back with me. Filing an attorney general complaint, BB complaint, banking complaint and speaking to an attorney to see if I can sue for unfair business practices, unethical business practices, theft of money and or anything else that the law will allow me to do.
