I had a phone mix up but they were great trying to get me and complete my order! Tablet came today, I cannot wait for my new living room set!

I ordered mattress and bedroom set. They were all suppose to be sent together, I got my mattress 6 days before my bedroom set. One package arrived damaged and was no problem to send back and a replacement ordered. Overall I am pretty satisfied with my exp. Thus far.

Im normally not big on doing reviews, but this is definitely an exception. Where do I start? No hidden fees, very low payments, prompt delivery and absolutely no complaints; at all! Im extremely happy with my laptop, exactly what I wanted. Cant wait for my next purchase.

I think your employees need to double check orders so customers don't have to go through what I did I'm really not satisfied with your service still missing a item

Very pleased with customer services and I like how the web site is set up. I received the merchandise in a timely matter. Was able to down load my pdf files to read my contacts with no problem.

I received my products fast everything is working fine and prices are cheaper than going to rent a center or Arrons! Customer service was always nice and courteous when I called to ask questions.

I ordered a couple Tv's and a SSD that was on clearance... they gave me a free notepad. Everything came on time... thanks!

I ordered beginning March it is now the end of March and still have not received items. And will have made 2 payments with no items

Shipping took forever and my new laptop was dead on arrival, had to immediately send it in to HP for warranty repair...

Had to call them to get my order shipped. Other than that everything was good. My stuff came on the day of my second payment.

So at 1st when i signed up I was very tired of being called everyday. I wanted to sit back and wait for the right items to come that I wanted. Finally i found what i wanted and the process was easy. Yesterday my 65" tv arrived and I love it. Now I am hoping that the payment process and everything else goes a smoothly.

Customer service lady was very rude and never emailed me like she said she would. Took an extended amount of time to process my order.

Still waiting for tv should have been delivered on March 26th and nothing called the shipping company and they were to busy to help

I dealed with mdg since 2010. They are very helpfull and friendly to deal with. They have great deals and low payments. Why go to a place were you to rent and have high payments when you can get the same product at MDG for a lower price and a cheaper payment and own it faster. Keep up the good work MDG i will always be a customer of yours.

I ordered a nice HP laptop for my husband. My customer service rep was Nathan. He was very helpful and I got the laptop just when they said I would. My husband loves his new computer! I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I think the process is too slow and you end up making second payment before you can even enjoy the products i feel when you pay for something you should relieve it in 2 5 business days and at least dont make a payment until you at least received the products that you ave purchased but customer service was excellent and i hope to do more business with them once i got to enjoy my products

Paying less than $100.00 a month for great electronics in my opinion is totally worth it. It took a little time for the entire process from the beginning to having the merchandise I would say around three weeks. But hey if you want it that day go shell out over $1,000.00. I dont mind paying a little extra in the end for low bi-weekly payments. I will definitely be returning after I pay off my current merchandise.

Great customer service. Very helpful with finalizing my order and making delivery as promised. Driver was especially helpful and greatly appreciated, he went above and beyond requirements. I will recommend MDG to family and friends.
