Delivery was terrible. Delivery driver dropped the chair off the back of the truck. 5 ft straight on to cement.
Then it was just dropped off with zero help to move on to the house.

I was very pleased to get my order sooner than expected and would recommend family and friends to Mdg

The 1 tb hard drive was not installed properly or something as I cannot see it at all. Going to take it to a computer guy to get that checked and putting in a decent graphics card.

All question were answered quickly and i was not put on hold for long. My order was delivered on time.

I love my tv good service and the delivery guy's very polite. Every think was you said and on time from the time i call till the time i recive my order plus my free tablette thank you and will use mdg again

Im very upset with the experience I have had thus far. I got my tv and everything. But the tv doesnt work. No power what so ever. I spent 1600$ on it and it doesnt even work :( really bummed out

Very unhappy that it takes over two weeks too ship. Making a payment even before I have the items not a good experience.

Overall experience was great. Product I ordered is fantastic. The free tablet that came with it is not great kind of a letdown. Basically doesn't work. Shipping did have a bit of a delay but the delivery staff was great. Over would recommend MDG. Just don't recommend the free tablets as they seem not to work due to processing power.

Very quick as a return customer. Love the products I would like to see more options of electronic items. Phone operators are very friendly quick to deal with.
