Should keep items on hand when they are offered for free after spending so much on items that way it wasnt good but the service representative was helpful :)

I just feel the service could of been a little for a returning customer and also i order the xbox one x bundle which is great no problems there except it comes a game at random not asking to have every title available to choose but to be able to choose from a few games would've been awesome

I was pleased on how the customer care people were willing to help. No matter how long it took. They are very knowledgeable about there products.

TV is great. Love it. Can't wait to get our ps4 system and hook it up to our TV. But they are so expensive :(

I received my laptop fine by ups but my tablet was not received and was delivered elsewhere but MDG has opened and investagation and hopefully i will hear something soon... the agents i have spoke to a great and very helpfull

Very friendly customer service, im very satisfied with the treatment i have recieved from MDG. Nice low monthly payments that are affordable.

Better financing options than the competition. Most items can be paid off in a year and a half. But beware, shipping costs can be costly and will increase your bi-weekly payments.

No problems or issues great working with you all. Although I think you could use some work on speeding up the shipping process. Being a second-time customer it should not take as long as it did.Other than that everyone that I worked with was very helpful

Like to see better understanding between MDG and UPS for delivery. Got 3 emails from UPS on delivery dates and never showed up stayed at home them 4 days. To day makes the 4th day still waiting. Very disappointing on their part.

Did not get all of my order at the same time and 1 package got lost. It was found have not got it yet

From the day I ordered until the day the items arrived was about 2 weeks. This is good considering that the items are getting financed and there are some things to fill out and sign. For items that are in Canada and shipping to Arizona they got here pretty quick. I'll definately be buying here again once I pay these items off! Thanks MDG!

It was difficult to get someone on the phone had to wait till someone called me and waited over a week. Once someone called me after the payment went through a week later it was fast.
