The item had no shipping packaging. It was the original package with a shipment sticker slapped on it. And a thin box at that. I have touch screen problems and tablet turns off by itself. Not pleased at all with this purchase or the way it was shipped.

My place was broken into and I lost everything but my couch and bed. I called MDG after thinking they would not help me.
I asked for a 60" 4k tv thinking they would not help me. Then after they went out of there way to help me and let me pay less then 90 a month with full 3 year warranty.
The next week after submitting my info my tv showed up at my front door and was taken into my living room

Ordered a bed, foundation, mattress protector and sheet set. It was all sent seperately and that wasn't made clear. No emails or follow ups from mdg or my mdg rep despite me calling and leaving messages asking for clarification. Items are delivered "by end of day" so unless you are home all day it is easy to miss delivery. In total it's taken over a week from receiving he first item to being able to pick up my waiting parcels at the ups store (since I left the house for a whole 30 minutes on the second delivery day. I'm quite dissatisfied.

We do not ship all items using the same carrier to prevent damage in shipping. Large items are normally delivered by SAME DAY ( they normally take 3-5 business days to call to arrange delivery date) and small packages are delivered by UPS which normally takes 4-9 business days.
As they are two different carriers, their time frame to deliver packages are different.

Les montant prélevée sont pas asser elever et je trouve payer tros de frais. J'aimerais pouvoir payer a ma guise des montant supplémentaire mais je sais pas comment... et le service a la clientèle ne me satisfait pas... tu parle a un représentant et il arrette pas de te mettre en attente c'est vraiment fatigant...

I still haven't got my 65" tv yet could you please tell me why or if I'm even gonna get it I've tried tracking it but I don't think it's coming ups like the camera did

Exellent service! Par contre vos e-mail ne sont pas traduits et j'ai due parler en anglais a quelques reprise lors de mes appels puisque le service automatisé en francais fonctionne pas tres bien! Pour le reste le service que vous donnez est impecable autant le service français que anglais!

I have had back problems for a really long time. I really needed a new bed because every time I got out of bed I wouldn't be able to move and be close to tears. I have had this bed now for a few days and I have never slept better. I don't wake up with back pain and I am absolutely in love with this bed!
