Im paying for a couch set that as left suposly missisaga the 22 of mai and no response since i call today the 29 and told me that my stuff is still in missisaga im out of couch in the house the living room is empty and im paying for the couch already no body recall me i call mdg and the delivry compagnie they say we will call you back still now no responde very unsatisfie and i hope somebody will give me credit for all this bull!

Don't expect to get your delivery til the latest day possible. The payment option is very affordable, but sheesh, it takes forever to receive your product.

The time frame for ups is normally 4-9 business days.
As a regular customer it can't be easier to chose what you want and just let the MDG team do the rest, get your purchases and enjoy, payments are set on the same date so you don't have to do anything else but enjoy what you you got.

I ordered a 65" tv and was told I'd receive a call before delivery. The guy shows up at my apartment on a Saturday with no notice and calls me while I was at work and asks me if it's ok to leave it outside my apartment building to which I said absolutely not. I got my elderly neighbor to buzz them into the building at which point they refused to bring it up to the 3rd floor. MDG is great but the delivery companies they use are lazy morons

Thé only Things is that I had a lot of document to give you and the shipping more than 500 dollars that was unbelievable surprising (not in the good way) I almost had a shock... too higher really too higher but THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT

The sale's team, especially my salesman Bob, were extremely helpful. Everything went as well as promised. My only issue was with the shipper. The shipping was quick, but the driver was rude and actually dropped my tv. Thank god no damage. But great job from MDG. Thank you. Michael Dobson.

I was thinking over what I wanted, trying to explain that I wanted to make sure to budget my monthly payment so I wouldn't be over my head. Well y'all kept cling trying to rush me, which almost caused me to say forget about it. I did assure myself I could handle the payments and ordered my item. Then y all were trying to push me into more purchases. Nope. If this works out and I have no issues I'll be more than happy to buy again.
Since posting this review they took the time to contact me. They gave me an apology and thanked me for my honesty. I've also since received my item ordered. I am very pleased with my purchase and when I've paid this off will make another one.
So yeah, I'd say they are ok to work with. At least they address issues right away.
