Following the delivery of the two sofas I am extremely dissatisfied with the service:
1-The deliverer left only the two boxes, and it was myself who had to develop that.
2-I also had to assemble the pieces.
3- To my surprise the Sofa set I ordered online is not the same as I was delivered and in addition it is defective.
A) The living room set is not reclining we have no possibility to incline it especially since it has no button for this purpose.
B) After assembling the last piece for the back of the chair has three places there is a defect in the clips the pieces do not fit as the clips are too spaced, which means that it is impossible for us sit down, see the pictures for more details.
I want to tell you that I am not at all satisfied with all the disadvantages that it has brought me. I demand from you that the payment be suspended until the problem is solved if not I would be obliged to suspend your payment with my banking institution.

The only disappointment is the fact that my delivery is now sitting in a warehouse just minutes away from my home, yet I have to wait almost an entire week to have it delivered to my home. For a logistics company, they are not that good at logistics.
That is my only complaint. The customer service and communication up to this point has been very good and they have been very responsive.
I picked what I wanted, applied for the credit, got the computer. Very easy and effortless purchase.

I really can't complain a whole lot. Main complaints consist of not getting the game that I was told would come in the One X bundle... but hey... its just a game. It got replaced by 2 games I'll probably never play. Only other complaint was that the verification process took a little while. Maybe there's a way to streamline that. But other than that, I made the initial payment, waited a few days for verification, got my One X bundle 9 days later. Overall pretty happy with this deal. Happy enough to purchase again once I get this transaction out of the way.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
