This is the fourth product I've purchased through MDG. They're always fast and easy to deal with. I've recommended MDG many times over the past few years to friends and family.

I spoke with a representative about picking up my television up as I didn't have time to wait for delivery. After finally getting to a supervisor, She said, okay, she'll submit verification so that I could. When I called the carrier that gave me a hard time as well. The supervisor, Sharla was great. When I got to Ceva, Erick was quick got me what I needed so I could go, and Chuck was awesome. He met met me at the dock with a Fork Lift.

I still am waiting for my tv. It has been three weeks. It took a week and half to get the tv I wanted to find out they were out of stock. Now I'm waiting on the new tv I decided to get. Which of course cost an extra $200. The company isn't communicative and make the financing very difficult. Had to beg my friend to call them because they were holding my tv for hostage until he did for reasons I still don't understand. They won't ship my tv without having to physically sign that the item arrived. So they expect me to be home allllll day for a package? Can't do that when I'm in the medical field and I'm expected to be at work when I'm scheduled. I don't even know if it is the right tv. I got a Samsung. Might end up being a broken tv? I don't know. Just going to go to Best Buy next time or amazon.

If the tablet I was supposed to receive wasn't broken it would have been a 5 star experience. It was unfortunate and took away from the excitement slightly

Well I got 500 pounds in furniture last week live in apartment I am disabled and you sent one guy to drop it off. And he put it one the ground outside of my building. He told me that is what you guys told him was what I requested. So I am pissed off big time had to pay people walking by cash to bring it up for me.

My experience was neither great nor horrible. It took almost two weeks to receive my order and I was a little bit weary of making so many payments before I had an item in my hand. It's definitely a more cost effective option but I really think there has to be a better way for the company to guarantee payment other than making 6 payments before it's shipped.

Got my stuff in new condition, as expected. Shipping was expensive and had to drive to Calgary to pick up my tv as delivery pervider wouldn't deliver to my adress while I was home.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
