Took over a month just to get an order placed and shipped out... takes 2 weeks after item being shipped for delivery

This lady at ups tracking on the phone was very rude she was hanging up on me when I was in mid sentence I kept calling back to get the information and she kept saying bye hangin up in my ear finally I asked to speak to the manager and she then asked why I wanted to talk to them I hung up I was in tears by the end of it. She called me back said something quickly and hung up again her name was either Leah or Lisa

Very very very painful process. Will not recommend anyone to use them. Shipping time very very slow. And high priced

The prices her for people without perfect credit are amazing. Most company's that lease or rent double ore triple the cost of the item and then on top add high interest.
NOT MDG. The items are the same price in the retail market's. Then toy pay the interest if you don't pay it off quickly.
That is hard to find.

I've been a long time customer of MDG and love the service I get with every purchase. All my questions are answered in a fast manner. I always receive great customer service.

I recently had a bedroom set from MDG that was shipped from the Brick. It cost $1800. 00 plus tax and shipping. When i opened it every single piece was damaged with some of it completely destroyed. I got no help at all from MDG or the Brick. The worstservice that i have ever gotten from any business and wouldn't reccommend anybody get anything from them.

A lot of paper work, but considering the credit line you can get, well worth it, you can reach anybody during the week, and they always return calls

Terrible customer service... parts don't match - contacted MDG by phone and email with pictures within 2 hours of receiving furniture to tell them that pieces don't fit - no one could understand what I was talking about and this continued on for a week - was sent to new pieces yesterday which again don't match - unbelievable!

A lot of security, but is to be expected because of the lending. Very happy with purchasing and prompt shipping. Two thumbs up.

I'm vary satisfied with the stuff that I got Nd I thought I was getting a free tablet bt I guess nt maybe next time they'll send me one

This is my second time buying something from MDG. They are always very polite and friendly. They answer all my questions quickly and are great people to deal with.

This is finally a company who care about customer and know customer service. Once your approve it's go and they do not loose one minute to get your product on the way 4 days and everything was at my door. What a awesome service. MDG is defenetevelly the place to shop.

I order my stuff and waited for approval. It was finally done after a few glitches and back and forth with CS. Then the ship part took a little longer than usual.and UPS lost one box and it's been replaced. So now we wait for the replace part and see how that goes.

Not only did they sell the computer they had on hold for me they didn't even wanna try and make things right

Easy to deal with. Effortless! Products are high quality. Customer service is amazing, easy to reach amd very helpful.

No recourse for this situation and the sales associates know and act like it's no big deal. Also they always promise shipping to go out on a certain day and out of 3 different orders none of those items shipped on the promised day.

Could have better description of items and better pictures but other than that its pretty good slow delivery speed but I am in the us and it came from Canada.
