Shipping was a pain

Product order is okay but site says free shipping and we didn't get that in our area? Also made payments on product before it even arrived which took over two weeks to arrive. Overall experience was okay need more CSR that speak better English too!

I had to cancel my order with mdg due to a company wide level of incompetence. After 2 weeks of argument with mdg to deliver to my actual address and not the made up one they wanted to deliver too. I just simply gave up.

The movement of items is very slow. It's been almost a month if not over and still waiting on one item. Why couldn't all items come at once if you order a combo package deal it shouldn't come at two different times.

Because only the US version of my Canadian bank was available I had to submit a whole bunch of stuff and every time they wanted more. Like my purchase agreement for my home wasn't good enuf. And it took forever to finally get completed. Can't say how the product is because of hasn't arrived yet.

Bad Experience

I bought something in MDG, they said delivery free, when the guy in delivery comes he told me that he can"t bring my stuff in my appartment 2 sofas two boxes very heavy..."What King of busnisses you do" is crazy I talked with two agents in mdg for solve this situation since wedsney up to now no answer for when I can receive my stuff... Is the first and the last time... If I don"t receive my stuffs monday... I"m to going cancel it ok...

The entire process was very long and complicated. I had to call and talk with the personal assistant or whatever they call them, multiple times and send several different types of proof of income etc. this was NOT A FUN PROCESS BY FAR!
