it was great but when I get an e-mail saying they would deliver it today 13th Aug and they phone and said they cannot deliver it until tomorrow and I am not available and now I cannot get it until Wed

I pd the first payment at the end of July. It's now August 13th and supposedly my order will reach me today, meanwhile they have already taken the 2nd payment. Not to impressed presently.

I have had so many issues this time around and things are still not correct. Not going to bother to call and fix things as people there are frustrating me because the banking is still not right.

Unit received but not new - it was a returned item, scuffles, missing bolts edge crack etc. When it was received, box collapsed only tape holding on to it. I am keeping it anyway as I didn't want to go through the return process. I had to take care of things in order to work. Being a long time customer I should not be given this type of product.

It's been 2 weeks still haven't received my merchandise. After paying my down payment. They need to figure out how to get your stuff to the buyer faster than they do

Laptop doesn't work the way it's supposed to very disappointing to say the least not sure If it was damaged in shipment or just a faulty product from the get go

I purchased 3 items! I am happy with the tablet! The phone I purchased freedom mobile wont hook it up they say I wont be happy with there service with that phone and the computer I got well the tablet is better and more useful
