Shipping is horrible. Been 2 weeks & still don't have my tv. Need to do something different with shipping.
This is my first time purchasing from MDG. Order a bed, getting everything set up through financing was a bit of work lots of back and forth emails. However, the two guys assisting me have been great and extremely helpful as well as fast with their responses. I appreciate the ability to set a best date for payment myself and that even with little credit history will still finance.
As of now, I will order again in the future.

I was told that i would have finished i july for the tv and computer stick then its in august now where is the problem

Waited almost 2 weeks for delivery and it doesn't even work. Now I have to wait for ups to come pick it up but I'm still at work when they come for it so I miss the driver. Makes me frustrated.

This is the third order I placed with MDG and as usual they were polite, professional and fast getting it to me. They were very accommodating with regard to my income dates to correspond with payment dates and allowed me to work within' my time frame and budget. First i get assigned to roger. What a $#*! show. Guy doesnt answer his calls or emails. Litterally never available. Then i get tracking telling me my package will be here on the 3rd. The 3rd rolls around and still no package so i call customer service and get told its en route and ups already picked it up which was absolute bull $#*! seeing as about 2 hours later i got my first tracking update THAT IT HAD JUST BEEN PICKED UP. If i dont get my package by tomorrow (10 business days) i will absolutely loose my $#*!.
