Poor quality merchandise

I am very upset i got a laptop an the second day the screen started messing up i sent an email in to have this addressed an have yet to hear back from anyonew

Windows 10 missing

I CHECKED THIS NEW LAPTOP ON LINE, PURCHASED IT AND A FEW DAYS LATER I HAD IT. DELIVERY WAS FREE THROUGH UPS. MDG STAFF WERE SO HELPFUL. THANKS A LOT FOR HELPING ME GET MY NEW COMPUTER.

Very Satisfided

Great customer service, they were very polite and organized also fairly fast in delivery service which was also free. The only thing i wasn't that impressed with was the delivery service was more of a "drop off" and it was a lady on her own, for a couch set that weights 426 pounds. Might i suggest a service option for the client to choose to have it brought inside their homes for a some extra $$$ i honestly wouldnt mind paying that extra 100$ or whatever it may cost for some extra help getting it brought inside. Never the less the lady was very nice and did help me bring it inside but i also felt bad for her because she had no help from the company for heavy lifting.

No issues

Just on parcel delivery the company your working with should give us a 15-30 min call warning. Yet to get the bed and set coming tomorrow to get a good sleep

Need for my information again
August 14, 2018

I wanted to order another item but was told that I need 1 month of activity for my new account since I had to quickly change my old account. But the money going into the new account is exactly the same as the old account which MSG would have in my file. So why can't that information just be switched over to the new account?

Very pleased

Service was excellent. The staff I spoke with were informative and varrified everything with me. However, shipping was kinda slow. Took about 3 weeks after my order was places and first payment made to receive my products. Playstation and pc arrived in great condition tracked through the mgd website and UPS. Excellant will order again!

Lots of waiting, little service.

I placed my order 1 month ago. I was always reminded that my personal information was not working for their verification service. In addition, the wait to receive my order is very long. I received only half of my order and I am still waiting for the other half.
