I am very upset i got a laptop an the second day the screen started messing up i sent an email in to have this addressed an have yet to hear back from anyonew
My computer was supposed to have windows 10 and it only has windows 7 it also seems to be an outdated computer from 2016
I CHECKED THIS NEW LAPTOP ON LINE, PURCHASED IT AND A FEW DAYS LATER I HAD IT. DELIVERY WAS FREE THROUGH UPS. MDG STAFF WERE SO HELPFUL. THANKS A LOT FOR HELPING ME GET MY NEW COMPUTER.

Great customer service, they were very polite and organized also fairly fast in delivery service which was also free. The only thing i wasn't that impressed with was the delivery service was more of a "drop off" and it was a lady on her own, for a couch set that weights 426 pounds. Might i suggest a service option for the client to choose to have it brought inside their homes for a some extra $$$ i honestly wouldnt mind paying that extra 100$ or whatever it may cost for some extra help getting it brought inside. Never the less the lady was very nice and did help me bring it inside but i also felt bad for her because she had no help from the company for heavy lifting.

I wanted to order another item but was told that I need 1 month of activity for my new account since I had to quickly change my old account. But the money going into the new account is exactly the same as the old account which MSG would have in my file. So why can't that information just be switched over to the new account?

Service was excellent. The staff I spoke with were informative and varrified everything with me. However, shipping was kinda slow. Took about 3 weeks after my order was places and first payment made to receive my products. Playstation and pc arrived in great condition tracked through the mgd website and UPS. Excellant will order again!

Could get more products and have more bundle deals. More games and phone maybe personal loans. I like it cause it helps a lit got me a computer that needs fixed but still good company

Answer: Nope. On a PS4 or Xbox it's 75.00. Make sure you check the documents they send for all the charges.
Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
