We bought our desktop computers from MDG about 2 years ago. We have enjoyed the service so much that we just bought a Microsoft Surface from them too! Their customer service is very good and they even held the Surface for me while I finished all of my paperwork, when it actually sold out on the site!

I've been dealing with MDG for 5 years now. I can always find what I want quickly on their website www.mdg.ca, and my sales rep has always been able to answer all of my questions. My orders have always been processed quickly, and shipped fast. I've never had any problems with any of the products that I've ordered. I've made 7 purchases from MDG, and I know that I'll be buying more stuff soon. I've recommended MDG to friends and co-workers who've made purchases without any issues.

Ordering and shipping process takes forever.
June 28, 2018

To be a buy now pay later setup, they want entirely too much information. Also to change your address a copy of a lease is required, when I am placing an order. So I don't want to pay for something that is going to someone else. Lose the extra requirements. If I am an existing customer, why do I have to send in income verification again.

MDG attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I emailed to have an external hard drive added to the order and never received a response. It would be nice to pick the game with the PlayStation bundle especially for people who don't play games like uncharted
It would also be nice to have better response time. Service was overall good but in some area's could be improved.

Hard to deal with!

I have been dealing with this company for 2 months almost and still waiting for my purchase. We agreed to take the payment out of my saving account they took it and then later decided it needed to be through my checking. So they had to refund that account it took a week then changed accounts and it took another 4 days they asked for a copy of my cable bill for address verification then said it wasnt good enough then asked for another bill and we went in circles for days. Finally everything re approved took 2 weeks to get authorization and I'm just now waiting for purchase that pro ably is gonna cost me triple what it costs

Quick service, good price

MDG got me the product I needed and quickly. It's much appreciated. Especially since my hobby is gaming and my old tv literally blew up, I only had to wait a couple of days to jump back into the action. Quick and painless.

GOOD COMPANY

I know everybody said you will paid more, but if you doesn't have credit anywhere and no body want give you a chance MDG give you one! Very nice customer service, and fast shipping. I'm really happy with them and my big TV!

Reps not always that helpful

I was extremely frustrated when applying for MDG because my rep Edina did not tell me I needed proof of my address, she emailed me to confirm the payment date, not to ask for residency proof until the first payment had been taken out of my account. I feel to better assist further customers, your website should be more clear incase the reps miss mentioning the proof of residency. I finally had this rectified after sending several documents all with the same address. Your website should be clear so people know what will and wont be accepted.

Many products on the internet are not what they claim to be, some are from countries that do not respect copyright infringement laws to protect consumers from counterfeit products. I have made three purchases over the last three years from MDG, a company that has proven itself time and time again. The products are top of the line and identical to what you find at Best Buy or another retail outlet in the country. Even the prices are comparable. When ever I have spoken to representative, for example I had to delay a payment around Christmas one year, I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. If MDG was listed on the stock exchange I would buy shares as I expect their business to increase as more people learn about their excellent business practices.

Placing my order was very simple and straight forward. The TV and game system arrived in great shape and I have had zero issues since installing them. So far so good

I have read online reviews of MDG and have to say that they are very good so far and that I haven't had any negative things happen to me. The agent I spoke with was very knowledgeable about their services, and nice to me. They set up my account quickly and easily, plus all of my products were shipped out in a timely manner and arrived in pristine, working condition.

I started the process to do this and the person who helped me was hard to understand, rude and every other day he needed some different information I went back and forth for weeks with them and I ended up saying I don't even wanna start business. I'm glad I chose not to. If I can rate this a negative stars I would.

I have purchased several items from the online store and am very pleased with all items. High quality and very nice and knowledge personnel. They are also willing to give you credit and do work with you if a payment problems arises. I would say this is one of the better businesses that I have dealt with. I definitely will be purchasing again.

It was great aside from taking a little under a month to finally get my product shipped. The game they give you for free is extremely outdated. The customer service was very friendly and they did everything they could.

Normally not this frustrating
December 23, 2019

I have placed a few orders with Mdg and have always been happy with the whole deal. This time it took me 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to place my order, and unfortunately this time my order are both Christmas presents and they are going to be late. One of them is a Santa present for a 6 year old little boy and he will be getting a picture of his toy instead of the toy on Christmas morning.
