I got fed up with the lack of quality and service at the other "computer supplier" so decided to try MDG. I am very impressed with the computers received. Also bought a television which is excellent and a sound surround system also excellent. The only HUGE disappointment came from the couch set we bought. Within the first year it was ripping, pieces literally falling off and the chair collapsed on one side. No one using it weighs an ungodly amount to cause these problems. Apparently I missed the warranty period by about a month when I got the chance to complain. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and forgot to deal with the couch issues. MDG does not carry the warranty and The Brick just said too bad so sad you are too late.
So in a nutshell, electronics are great. People I have dealt with at MDG are great. Their furniture sucks in my opinion. I have suggested to MDG they try another supplier other than The Brick.
Until this past week I would have said I was a good customer and would always do business with MDG again, that has all changed. I ordered a few things for Christmas and paid for 2 day shipping however there was a mistake made in the shipping department and they were sent economy instead. MDG said they obviously would be taking the shipping charges off my bill but now they have changed their minds. I made several calls to Fed-ex and arranged delivery myself and by sheer luck got some of my items on time and because of my phone calls and arrangements with fed ex MDG is now saying they will not take the shipping charges off my bill. I do as well have the shipping labels that state they were sent economy and not 2 day delivery! I will not be a returning customer again! I will add a picture of at least 1 of the labels that say they were sent economy
This is the second time Ive ordered through this company and I will continue to order from here. The products are great and the people are wonderful!
I'm super satisfied with the products I purchased. I ant remember the name of the lady I dealt with but she was very friendly and helpful in getting my account set up. The products I got were exactly what I wanted. I would definitely buy from MDG again. In fact once my current products are paid off I'll be looking to them for a computer.
Longest ordering process I've ever seen. After being required to pay first I waited two weeks before my order even shipped. To top it off they auto debit your bank account whenever they want and wont change it to fit your needs. First and last time i do business with them.

I got one set of my delivery like a week early leaving me to wonder am I not going to get my important part? Then I got in the mail some anti virus software which again made me think they were keeping my laptop. Not feeling secure with them at all.

These's folks are amazing, they gave me a chance when nobody else would, Payment's to fit your budget, Iv bought lot's of stuff from these's folks. My desktop that i got from them is amazing, I will be buying my daughter one too soon. Love the price. I recommend everyone give them a try.
Quite simply the easiest way to get what you need and be treated with some respect. I needed a Christmas gift for my son. Their TV/Xbox combo was perfect. I than still had enough to go back and get my a nice 58" TV. Reasonable payments make this company a delight to deal with. Thank you, Gene

Takes a little bit for them to verify everything, but they get it done. Shipping is quick, and you won't find better deals at rent a center or Aaron's. MDG is the best I've found to buy products, and the payments make them affordable.

Terrible service sat on hold somebody picked up and sat they would be right there waited for 10 mins nothing. I agreed to a Friday delivery between 9 and 1. Now I'm being told it's Monday between 9 and 1. Are you kidding me
First off the customer service is horrible they do not speak English and they are very rude to anyone calling from the United states. Second they quote you one price and then add on extra intrest charges on there own. I am actually hiring a lawyer because of the illegal charges they decide to take. They take advantage of having your bank account by adding extra charges never quoted on the original purchase price.

Mdg is a great way to get things you want but can't afford right out of pocket. Its kind of like a rent to own but better. I have purchased a few things through MDG and have referred people whom have also purchased items. I will 99.9% purchase something new once my current purchases are paid in full. Mdg has a quick and easy process and gets even easier for returning customers. I highly recommend that if there is something you want but cant afford Mdg is the route to go.
I am so happy with my computer. I received my products before the expected date of arrival. I would for sure buy more products from MDG again in the future. The people i talked to at mdg were very polite and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a computer but cant pay the full amount up front, you get exactly what you order and i am thrilled also the payments are reasonable.
I was talking to ur rep. Yesterday and they are supposed to email me agreement files to review and approve before my order goes through and I have received nothing even though he said it would be sent right away.
The first bit of my dealing with Mdg was not that pleasant. There were some language barriers I think that prevented the sale from being smooth. In response to my review Mdg did take the time to look into and see what happened and went out of their way to show me they were sorry my experience was not the best. My name is stan. My recent experience with MDG. I love the products that i ordered, they showed up a little slower than expected but not to much. The customer service reps. Have been very helpful with any issues that i had. Over all on a scale of 1-10 i give them a 10. As soon as i get my bill paid down i plan on ordering more products. I even convinced my wife to order from them.
The customer service representatives are friendly and efficient. Even though there was a problem with one order the reps worked through it to satisfy and correct the issue promptly. We have placed multiple orders and will use the services again.
