Very satisfied! Service/staff were excellent. However, inability to verify banking details online (maybe a technical glitch?) was very inconvenient. Product arrived at earliest estimated time and in flawless condition. Would definitely recommend to others.

For the price of shipping the service is not very encouraging. I was told by my representative from MDG that I would have my TV delivered by Friday September 21,2018. Then the tracker for CEVA stated delivery for September 24th. Then I received a telephone call from CEVA to go online to setup a delivery time and date. The earliest day is September 25, but I will be in the hospital having surgery. So I was hoping to come home from surgery and watch my new TV but now I wont be able to lift it onto stand much less get up to answer door for delivery. To me this is ridiculous. Plus I am still irritated that MDG doesnt tell a customer that FREE DELIVERY is not available in their area until after the fact. I should be able to put in my ZIP CODE and find out if it is free delivery. Their business plan looks good on paper but not near as smooth in the real world.
Update: tv got here on 24th after a call to carrier. MDG had me call carrier and a better delivery date was setup. Tv was delivered in great condition. Im happy now.

Your order was shipped on September 17th and it normally takes 4-10 business days as confirmed by the verification rep.
I had existing credit. I don't understand why the process takes so long. Also if electronics are shipped via UPS why isn't it next day delivery? I know the markup is quite a bit on any MDG products vs instore. It should be quicker.

Once you confirmed your order and make your first payment, your order is submitted to the verification team for a final revision. They then contact you to set up a payment plan, after that we ship.
The process was as expected for the most part for such a site as far as the application went. The rep was nice and helpful. I was promised delivery of my laptop on a specific date, twice. The UPS tracker never updated and I was informed by UPS that MDG had never shipped the computer. An MDG rep assured me their customer service would be in touch shortly to resolve this before the end of the day once they had contacted the warehouse and UPS, but it did not happen. I was not contacted.
I had an important project requiring this laptop as a work tool, and while I kept conversations cordial with MDG, I am very unhappy about this but things being what they are, I guess I don't have any option but to wait for them to either ship the package or another one.

It's just way to many phone calls. I dont have terrible credit, if you want to finance things do it in a timely manner and don't drag your customers... however everyone I talked to was very polite and helpful.
No one called about my order. I had to call them to see when i was receiving my order. Thats when they told me she was on sick leave.

Purchased a computer and got it within 5 days. My only thing is UPS damaged the box but other than that no complaints.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
