The only issue I had was with having to change my order because the first Laptop I ordered was out of stock and was not noted in the description.

This was my second time in 2 years using MDG while the first time was kind of average due to all the info that was needed and having to wait for what felt like forever This time it was as fast as calling placing my order and boom good to go. They're extremely flexible with payment setups as I get paid monthly so they just combine both my payments into one which is great. I've never had an issue with customer service if I have one issue it's. The product selection isn't that big so just beware of that when it comes to shopping for something specific
My order was quick and my repair service (replacement) was only 7 bussiness day to receive a replacement

I ordered a game system and TV and I'm happy with the extra steps it took to be approved. After finally getting it within 10 business days I'm satisfied. What I like the most is that the price I'm paying is way lower then I pay at rent a center and Arron's. Thank you MDG I FEEL BLESSED

Recently, I decided that I would return to MDG to finance a tablet and an Xbox One X. My tablet is great BUT I am honestly really unhappy about my decision to get the Xbox One X from MDG. If you purchase the Xbox One X from MDG they sell you another controller which is good BUT they screw you by technicality. The Xbox One X comes with a game the sales reps tell you BUT they do not tell you that it is only a PREVIEW edition of a game. Not a FULL game. It totally sucks that you end up financing a $700 Xbox One X that doesn't come with any FULL game to play. I still haven't opened it because I am just that unhappy about the lack of product knowledge on MDG's part.

The bundle does include a FULL game. It should be a download card in the box.
Have yet to receive my tv and made my first month payment already with the second approaching. Outrageous

I was supposed to get my tv on Saturday. I was scheduled to get it by 9:00 to 1:00. No one showed up. Mad as hell.

Your order was shipped on September 14th and it normally takes 3-10 business days to receive the items. For the tv, you will receive a call from CEVA to arrange a delivery date and the xbox one bundle will be delivered by UPS.
