The workers are terrible there's this one girl named vickey or something that she was just so rude to this other girl and was so disrespectful I think the other girls name was rosie but it was just wrong rosie was super sweet she be the only reason I ever go back to the McDonald's in okoboji I went back today and I didn't see rosie which is depressing because she is the only good one worker there I hope they didn't fire because if they did I will get everyone ik to never go back to McDonald's

Froze in McDonald's in Eatontown. Elderly also freezing. All with coats on. They are now looking for another place to eat breakfast. The staff said they are not to permitted to turn up heat. It was 64 degrees in the dining room.
No screening at urinal. You are literally urinating in full view of the dining room if door is opened while you are doing your business! Horrible

I like it but they got my whole order wrong. They gave me 10 water cups and a patty for 50.54 dollars. I cant lie it was pretty smacking though. I ate that whole thing up and did not leave a crumb. I order originally the whole menu but this is what I got. Great service yum. Yum. Yum.

Only reason for 4 stars is that my kids love it, they love their toys and they don't care that much about food, so they are always happy when we go to McDonald's. My opinion is that service can be much better, and off course food.

The food is good but I do get tired of it, they should add all day breakfast agin because I don't wake up early enough to get my McGriddle! All I'm saying is that I need all day breakfast agin plz

Went to go order food for my today, and came across a worker named Ashley. I Notice she was a bit upset so of course I asked if she was alright, she looked up at me and said "yeah,thanks for asking". She took my order and banged my food, made sure everything was all set. Even told me to have a fantastic night. 10/10

This restaurant is a disaster. The orders are wrong or incomplete most of the time. It lacks efficient management. I'm very frustrated with these ongoing issues!

This place was not clean they had bad service they also said the play place was closed at seven when the sign clearly said it closes at 8 we arrived a seven the bathrooms are pure nasty there is no reason for there to be feces on the floor. There are homeless people watching the kids

So like when you go to McDonald's and you use the drive-through it's like so long you all but when you order that stuff and you get home the french fries made from potatoes salt and do you know those things were like it's all yellow like that by your thing or you put french fries in you put it down and it cooks the french fries that's what they do but you need to go try McDonald's Lakeland Cumbee

I TikTok we saw the dirty supplies that they use and the dirty stuff. The soda comes out of a box. The fire that fries the fries are disgusting they're not cleaned out The grease doesn't look like it been changed the oil doesn't look like I've been changed that's in the fryer and it looks like it's been there for like two years and it looks disgusting

Like McDonald's food once in a while, but anymore I hesitate going to this restaurant at 2520 47th St. In Greeley, CO. Because the service is so inconsistent, especially today 11/7/2022 at 4:20 PM. Several times before, I could not get waited on, or my order was incorrect, or I never got my order, but I figured today I would give them another chance. Poor decision. I went in the restaurant and I noticed immediately both computer ordering stations were down, so I couldn't use them to order like I usually do. So I went up to counter to order, and I noticed there seemed to be only two people behind the counter, and they were running around like a chicken with their heads cut off trying to fill orders from the drive-thru. Both of them looked lost, and they didn't know what to do. After waiting 15 minutes at the counter, I decided just to leave and go to Five Guys because I know I would get waited on there. When I walked through the door at Five Guys, I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by someone and my order was taken. I don't think a good manager would ever let the restaurant be that understaffed. I feel the manager and the regional manager should be fired. I am surprised the franchise owner of this McDonald's allows their restaurant to be operating this poorly. The poor management of this restaurant reflects poorly on the entire McDonald's Corporation. Also, many times that I go into this McDonald's it is filthy and messy, and frankly I don't even want to eat there. I guess I will have to start going to a different McDonald's even though I have to drive further.

I haven't been honest with my other reviews. And I'm sorry McDonald's. So I'm here to tell the truth. McDonald's is pretty good to me My other reviews have been really random but I like McDonald's it's always a great treat. Think you McDonald's for everything I love you bro

I heard that they added a Kanye West meal. But this is going to piss me the hell off because they're not going to add stuff to it. They're just going to change the package name just like they did with the BTS meal except they don't add 2 sauces and who even likes BTS? The fries don't taste good. Sometimes they might get the meal wrong like if they're deaf. Wendy's is 10 times better because they only get the food wrong rarely and also their food is healthier than McDonalds and Burger King. I don't care if a bunch of 5 year olds are pissed off because they saw this review.

I have tried to get in contact McDonald's Corp. officials but they put all kinds of roadblocks on place. They just as soon not to have any contact with their customers, unless its a positive review. They actually use algorithms to filter out criticism. So here I am going to an outside source. They recently replaced the local McDonald's with a design that I can only call prison dinning. There was a time I actually brought my children here because they were child friendly. I also have to ask the question why are they
Hiding their kitchens from the their customers? What are they hiding. I'm mean the old Soviet Union stark building design would be better than what McDonald's has built. Conformity is not an asset.

Went to 3 McDonald's on oct30 to order 3 simple things 1. Said they had to close due to being understaffed, 2. Because "they closed" even though they advertise 24hrs and 3. I waited 45 min for a Big Mac mc chicken and fries, I live in chicago ******* and y'all fell off this is absurd

Never received my breakfast order, app. Went to wrong restaurant and app. Location was 15 minutes from proper restaurant. $22.45 was taken for my purchase and NOTHING resolved. Would like my refund, been 2 weeks and over an hour of phone calls.

My daughter ordered from just eat. Food was 20 minutes late. Food was cold big mac had lettuce when she asked for no lettuce. Asked for extra pickle no onions and no sauce and got no pickles extra cheese and onions. 5 milkshakes ordered and no straws for the children to drink them. Why can't they read an order and get it correct is beyond me. Every order we have placed on line and the drive thru has been wrong. This place is an absolute joke Thank god KFC is close by

My family and me, we love McDonald's! Our kids especially, when it comes to restoraunts and fast food places, McDonald's is their favorite. Us grown ups, we know that there are more places with maybe better food our service, but kids are the happiest in McDonald's, they love playing with there toys and they adore french fries and ice cream
