Unable to get my ORDER.
January 10, 2023

So, I was just chilling on my couch scrolling on my phone. Until, I saw a McDonalds advertisement about this BigMac. It made my stomach rumble with hunger and drool went down my chin. This made me decide to get lunch at McDonalds. I drove up there and ordered two number 9's, a number 9 large, a number 6 with extra dip, a number 7, two number 45's, one with cheese, and a large soda. No response. So I repeated it. No response. WHat a joke.

C. C Yin is a man and owner who does not care about the handicapped or about his customers. I have never been able to get him to turn his drive thru speakers up so I can hear in Vacaville or Vallejo which are both of his locations. I'm hearing impaired and have a hard time hearing. I have even received the wrong food many times and even cold food. I want to talk to him but he doesn't want to talk to me. I have tried calling Corporate and they tell me he doesn't have to talk to me if he doesn't want to. This man escaped China and came here with nothing he tells everybody, but now he has 14 McDonalds locations. He should be grateful from being in this country, but he's not. All he cares about is his money and bragging about his fame. This man is nothing but a low life scum. Find out which locations are his and don't buy from him go to others that he doesn't own.

I wanted to try the mobile pay and was super happy that the deal for that day was the filet-o-fish buy one get one free! I even customized my order with extra tartar sauce! It was fast and easy. I also customized my order for a large Sprite with no ice!
I was the only one there who did a mobile order, so it was easy for them to see my order!
I don't like leaving my credit card info on an app, so I just swiped and deleted it from the payment area on the app when I got home!
I ordered from my home and McDonalds is only a few minutes away from my home.
I'd recommend it and will use it again!

At 6:20 pm whoever was taking the order at bpt ct park Ave McDonald's on 7/22/22 was so freaking snotty no thank you no please can I help you? Rediculous then no sauce with chicken nuggets when we asked her gives us one smfh the guy at drive up window was so snotty not ever going back

Raw quarter pounder
December 20, 2022

I go to McDonald's on 66th and 54th Ave for a late lunch early dinner 4:15 pm. Frys were fresh and hot so I eat them on the way back to work went to eat quarter pounder and the first bite was cold and raw. I should have took pictures

We have tried to order the Oreofrappe and off the menu several times and they won't serve it because it's not in the computer. It's false advertising if it's on the menu board and kiosks if they won't serve it...they should take it off there boards!

I think that they should try not to get the happy meal carrier greasy everytime it is absolutley disgusting. The fries are always bent. The meat is definetly fake Mcdonalds you are not fouling anybody.

When you go to Mcdonalds you know you are eating Junk food, Junk food is not healthy so why people fixate on healthy is beyond me. I go there when I want some junk food, which is not often and as far as junk food goes its one of the better places to visit

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal on the McDonald's app for pick up at the Carrollton in Kentucky location. I got a double cheeseburger on a sesame seed bun with slivered onions and it does not taste like a quarter pounder with cheese. I paid for a quarter pounder meal. I feel like I was ripped off.

These folks that are suppose to be employees don't even act human worse place to ever visit calera Alabama is by far the worst store to visit their rude lazy no good for nothing especially a business to have them employed don't act human complete jerks everytime u visit they are rude dashers refuse to dash from this store I don't eat their nasty food but my son did notice I did say did not anymore they will never get a dime of my money again hire some real humans get rid of these no good skanks

Buffalo NY McDonalds

If I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't. We were wanting to try their new McFlurry and we went to 4 McDonalds in the Buffalo area. Not one of them had their ice cream machines up and running. Why advertise them if you're not selling them.

Horrible Staff

This poor store is struggling. Some of the staff they have working there are simply HORRIBLE. I came thru the drive thru on Thursday, January 26 at 5;43 p.m. I pulled up to the speaker and sat and waited to be greeted. After about 5 minutes, not sure whether the speaker was indeed working, I pulled to the second window. There I was greeted an obviously angry young lady (her name was Shaniya Jackson) you said to me "I was finna take your order." Mind you do hello or hi, nothing. I asked her how was I supposed to know that since she never said anything to me. She rolled her eyes and slammed the window in my face, I went inside and reported to the manage, Demetria. I was so angry I vowed to tell everyone to avoid this location.

Most people remember begging their parents to take them to Mickey D's. The simple hamburgers, delicious french fries and perhaps a shake would just make anyone's day. Beneath those golden arches lurked a pot of gold. Those glory days are gone. Higher prices are understandable but there is no excuse for inconsistent, tasteless quality.

Nowadays, you're lucky if your meal comes in at $10. This is fast food. I understand wages went up and that's fair. Employees deserve to get paid well instead of earning slave wages. Meat prices have gone up as has transportation costs to get the inventory delivered. But what started out as a revitalized burger and new experience has turned into more of a nightmare.

Despite the automation, the wait time is often longer. Some burgers or chicken are often plump and tasty. Other times it seems they're tasteless, dried out and competitive with cardboard. With the type of clout that McDonalds wields, quality control should be enforced more uniformly and much better. Yet, McDonalds stock price has climbed steadily. I guess the guys in the C Suite are getting really greedy.

Best way to improve things would be to stop going to this Mickey Mouse operation for a while. When the corporate chieftains start getting hungry, perhaps they'll understand just how their customers feel after eating their crap.

Cold Coffee Junk!

Do not put something in your menu and advertise as ice coffee. This is the disgusting hazelnut water and syrup in Mc Donald GA exit 101 off 75 highway. What a waste of money!

No good costumer service order 90% wrong, always keep your recive with you, in tampa bay spruce and dale mabry name lakisha not good if i am the manager she will be fire in a first minute, she ignored costumer when they ask for something un profecionals they do no use mask and always are screaming in the kitchen never again, the owner should take care about this issue or somebody who will sue then

They have terrible customer service. We tried to call there name but they kept ignoring us. They were not that busy and it took 15 minutes just for my frozen Fanta. I do not recommend coming here.

So I ordered my food and the guy who takes the orders we're not doing his job right I paid and got my food and said "I ordered five boxes of four pieces chicken nuggets but I only got one box then I got the manger and the manager was accusing me of stealing because the guy who took my order put one four piece of chick nuggets and we asked for five four pieces then I went to go get the manger and she was accusing us of lying and stealing then they were talking crap about me and my family. Then she refused to give us our receipt.

Worst service ever
July 25, 2023

I placed an order on their app for their Rosebank store. An hour later called their store they told me they don't have the order I must call Rosebank zone store, which I did and received no response. I called their customer service and arranged for a call back. Their agent told me that the store had not received the order due to loadshedding. What a load of bull she said she'll call me back, I'm still waiting for that call. My order eventually arrived 2 hours later than I initially ordered, and guess what it comes from the exact store I called that claimed they did not have my order. I've never been so disappointed, the lack of accountability, the lies is what pisses me off.
