So I ordered my food and the guy who takes the orders we're not doing his job right I paid and got my food and said "I ordered five boxes of four pieces chicken nuggets but I only got one box then I got the manger and the manager was accusing me of stealing because the guy who took my order put one four piece of chick nuggets and we asked for five four pieces then I went to go get the manger and she was accusing us of lying and stealing then they were talking crap about me and my family. Then she refused to give us our receipt.

One of the managers, at the store is rude disrespectful and down right mean and controlling. The employees seem either scared of her or can't make a move without her permission. Does not honor specials and acts like she doesn't know what you are talking about. I've seen her do this several times to customers as well as to us. Please know that not all stores are like this I get excellent food and service at other stores but this Hispanic woman is awful!

I found a toenail in my burger and it was in my mouth I chewed it and spat it out, I am having a mental break down it was over 20 bucks I asked for a refund and this emo girl said "no your a scammer".

Came to the Mc Donald which is in Walmart on Sand Lake road in Orlando Fl. The cashier had the most amazing attitude. I normally go to Mc Donalds and get a crappy attitude. I was at McDonald's sorell tas 24/3/2023 I ordered my meal that was 10 chicken nuggets sweet and sour sauce a medium fries and a large lemonade I payed for it on the self serve i got my umber that was 65 I waited for about 10 - 15 mins i went up to the counter and asked she had a look on the till and said there is nothing on here for number 65. I walked back past the mc café and the guy brought it over and said this number has all already been called out. I said table service was not very impressed thankyou Hannah white

Please put water on ur mobile menu im sick of going up to the window and having to ask and being given a very small cup. It's just water I think you could manage to give large cups of it for mobile orders or at least have it as an option

Scam! App does not acknowledge mcd. Huge scam for no credit on app. I hope they all go out of business. Huge scam. App says there is no mcd in the area. I hope they go bankrupt. Gonna take photos for health dept violations. No covid safeguards. N o washing tables. No trays if u eat inside. They expect you to put your food on dirty tables. This franchise needs to be SHUT DOWN NOW. If you want to get ill eat at Jerseyville il. Jerks

The food is disgustang and I hate this place. It's soooooo ugly I wanna barf. DO NOT go there because you will die eating their food forever, I mean duh, this place is ugly, uglier than the inside of my toilet and my a** combined. So I suggest you NEVER go there EVER!

I normally don't write reviews about fast food restaurants, but this experience was so bad that I had to share it. They took 20 minutes to prepare my order, the Coke from the freestyle machine tasted awful I'm not exaggerating it's actually bad, and they gave me 9 chicken nuggets instead of 10. And

Apalling service bad attitude by staff underpressure waited for 1 hr for order to be completed priority given to drive through, dileviry people and small orders. Never going to mcdonalds again. Payed 27 pounds for a meal...

I just got home with my food from McDonald's and the chicken Pattie had no meat i couldn't even take a bite of it I literally couldn't pull a bite off with my teeth it shouldn't ever been given to ANYONE AT ANYTIME EVER! The guy at the window threw my food out at me didn't say a word also the fries were cold and soggy disgusting I paid $14 for absolute trash!

Its utterly ridiculous that a person cannot get a stink'in cheeseburger from this place as early as 4am. Take a cue from Sonic IDIOTS! It's just crazy that a place like this can't seem to pull off full menu 24hrs like everyone else. GET WITH THE TIMES $#*!S!

Restaurant # 6990, im 62 years old been eating at McDonald's most of life, today i received the worst big mac I've ever received, had it replaced, 2nd one was almost as bad, employees just don't care….

The Dundee, Michigan, McDonald's is giving the franchise a bad name. Last time I received no syrup with my Big Breakfast meal. Today the omitted the syrup and the sausage. It's a shame when local residents no longer buy from you.

I go to the McDonald's on Randolph st thomasville n.c. Every day.so this morning I used my mobile app and ordered my 2 French vanilla lattes instead of the long line I got in mobile order 6 spot and waited on my order...and waited and waited and waited for 30 minutes, finally walked Inside and they were just making my order. 30 minutes for real? That's crazy.now it's 3 pm and I look at my banking and see they charged me twice this morning wow...
